“I had a couple of boxes to go from Australia to the UK containing clothing etc for my daughter and I was rather worried about the whole exercise. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of arranging the service on the website and the instant response to my questions either via email or phone. The only issue I had was that I did not read the terms and conditions until after I had completed the process and then noticed that I had made a mistake, but after contacting Interpacel it was sorted out. I would definitely use their service again as they were efficient and reasonably priced.”

“I've been using Interparcel for a couple of years now on a regular basis to send out samples of firewood briquettes which weigh 30 kilos. I generally book the collection early in the morning, and UPS have turned up without fail every single time on the same day. I use the economy service which is supposed to be a three day job - and almost every delivery has been made either next day or the day after. They've not lost anything, damaged anything or failed to deliver - and the price is extremely good compared with Royal mail - particularly for heavy stuff like this. Booking is simple and quick, payment is simple and quick, and I don't even have to wait for the driver as he just comes in and helps himself now.”

“They have been spot on with every single time i have used them,my parcels have always been delivered to my customers before the estimated delivery time,they have always arrived at my place spot on to the minute to pick every parcel up and who could ask for a more better service,you don't need a printer like most couriers every parcel i have sent no matter what size and no matter were it has gone to even when its been hundreds of miles away has never cost me more then ?12......So come on what more could you ask for,i will never use anybody else because interparcel are the best.”
