“Great service, saved me a lot of money. Used it to collect a package in the UK bought on ebay for which the owner wanted to charge 70 pounds for shipping costs. Eventually aranged it myself using interparcel for only 25 pounds! Great service and speedy replies to questions”

“A visiting American friend had left a raincoat and a cardigan after an ovenight stay with us in Wokingham and was going on to spend two nights with another mutual friend in Sussex, leaving for America on the third day. We thought it would perhaps be feasible to use the Royal Mail but knew it would be expensive and involve visiting the Post Office with the attendant hassles of parking and waiting, so we Googled "Express Parcels" and found a quotation site that listed prices, collection and delivery times for the numerous firms offering this service. This was at 11.30 a.m. and only about a quarter of the firms could pick up that day. On submission of the weight and dimensions of the parcel, we were given a very reasonable quote - about ?12 or so, which we accepted. A polite and cheery driver appeared at around 2 p.m, and the parcel was delivered the next day. Totally brilliant!”

“I found interparcel easy to use, quick and efficient. On the day of collection, I had to change the address the item was to be couriered from and with just a quick phone call, the new details were entered on the system and at no extra cost. Would definitely use again and would highly recommend.”

“I always use inter parcel and choose t.n.t as the collection times are made to suit and I have a 100% delivery rate.i tried yodel as the cost was cheaper but had nothing ut problems,some cheaper options would be nice.”

“Sticky situations have meant people selling items asking them to be picked up-whether they're in London or Newcastle- being in Glasgow and driver-less-doesn't seem to be a problem -once the buyer agrees that i can arrange my own courier -rather than their own over-priced special- all i do is jump onto the web into the interparcel.com site- where i can comfortably in a few minutes arrange a pickup at an incredible price with day and time allocated- nae hassle at all- if anything goes wrong - the folks at the customer services -are brilliant and slove the problem within a reasonable time.”

“i would recommend this service to you. The parcel was collected when it should have been, no worries about getting it to the post office. MUCH cheaper than royal mail. I can't praise this service enough. Fantastic value, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!”

“I have been using Interparcel for some time now and thought it was about time I posted a review. The service from Interparcel is without flaw. From ease of use of the account, to accurate tracking...from value for money to courteous communication. The realisation came to me just yesterday when I ordered a pickup for an eBay item...something which has broadened my use of the auction site. When someone says "collection only"...I simply message them that MY courier will be picking it up. It was the "MY" bit that made me realise I would never dream of using someone else. Interparcel truly are MY courier service... I think that just about says it all! Thank you so much...needless to say...I will continue to use you! Jim”

“Used this company for many times sending parcels to my daughter in Germany. It allows you to pick the service you want with various different prices from all the companies listed. The company I have used from this service has been excellant as well so overall I wouldnt use any other site for my parcel deliveries. The site is well designed and easy to use and track you delivery as well.”
