Customer service above and beyond the call of duty from Katy Hall! I had several issues with UPS last week, some relating to collections and deliveries booked on our own UPS account and one concerning a delayed delivery booked through Interparcel. Concerning the Interparcel shipment I emailed your customer services on Saturday morning explaining the problem but not expecting a response before Monday. However, I had an email from Katy Hall on Saturday afternoon to confirm that she had raised the matter with UPS and a promise to keep me updated. Sure enough, another email from Katy arrived this morning to let me know the shipment had been successfully delivered. It was a nice surprise to find (a) that somebody was actually working over the weekend and (b) did exactly what she promised to do. i am very impressed. David Hobbs.

A remarkably reliable service and even when things sometimes don't go according to plan, the customer service staff are quick to respond and resolve any issues. Thank you Kayleigh West for sorting out our recent missed collection issue to speedily!

I think Interparcel is a quick and convenient method of getting parcels booked quickly, their prices are fair when comparing to the rest of the market too. I've found that their Customer Service has improved a great deal. Just recently a very helpful member of staff (Becky Blythe) helped me get a delivery label pushed through which hadn't happened at the time of booking. I was very pleased to get a helpful response and quick solution on a Sunday evening. Thanks Becky.

We use Interparcel to send 10 parcels a week via UPS and can wholeheartedly recommend their service. They support our business and are super efficient and very helpful and professional. Yesterday for the first time I had a slight hitch with delivery of a parcel. The postcode and door number had come up as a business on the booking system but when UPS tried to delivery the parcel was refused. The address was actually a flat above the business and the parcel was required urgently. Thank you so much to James Giffen in Customer Services who understood the issue quickly and promised to resolve the matter so that the parcel could be delivered today. James was pleasant and helpful and took control of the situation - I felt quite stressed about sorting the problem out. He gave me confidence that the matter would be corrected quickly. This morning I checked the tracking and the parcel was out for delivery! - shortly afterwards it was delivered! I know from past experience with other courier agents that once there is a hitch with a parcel getting it back on track can be a very difficult and frustrating problem. A little time later I received a nice email from James advising me that the parcel had now been delivered. What great service - we would wholeheartedly recommend Interparcel and thanks so much James for your professional and helpful service.

Went to Interparcel with an unusual request, the customer service from Sam was brilliant, reactive and patient with my repeated requests. As an indication of the attitude and approach of the company was fantastic, really impressed me and would have no hesitation continuing to use them

Excellent service, and very helpful staff. Very impressed with Ellie who kept me up to date about a parcel that was held up, which meant I could inform our customer of the status of his order and maintain our professionalism.

I recently used Interparcel delivery service and was very impressed indeed. Collection was on time and delivery was actually earlier than I thought. An easy and cost effective way to send parcels, no hassle with anything. Highly recommended! Thanks again. Mr R Ayres

I am in discussions currently with James Giffen, who is helping me with a delivery to Guatemala. I initially called regarding my delivery and James came back and between us I believe we have sorted out everything within the hour. Arranging the collection, easy.... Printing of documents, spot on.... Not sure how many invoices I would need to USA, but James confirmed 4... This is my first week of using Interparcel (my colleague usually does this but is away on leave), and I must say, so far so good! Thank You Interparcel!

I always use Interparcel for courier delivery and have never had any problems until today. I made a mistake entering our customer's address so the address label was wrong. Using the online chat system, a very helpful person at Interparcel called James fixed my mistake very quickly and efficiently.
