“This was first time using the service and in all truth I made a mistake as I couldn't get the labeling to the seller (EBAY) before the goods were being collected. I had a slight panic as I thought my package would be languishing at the back of a warehouse somewhere with no hope of being found/delivered. I contacted customer services and Becky Blythe picked up my problem. She sorted everything out and kept me fully informed at all times. I have to say I have used all sorts of delivery services for both personal and professional purposes and this has been the best experience I have every had. Phil Barnett”

“I've used Interparcel for a few years now for my business. I've never had a problem. Couriers are good, and quick refunds when required for any cancelled shipments that we've had to do if customers cancel their orders. James Giffen was particularly helpful today with quick communication.”

“Funny thing, in the end I had to cancel the pickup of my delivery, so I cant really rate the transport itself. But the customer service til then was nice and quick and very reliable. And the refund came within a day. Thanks for that.”

“Always had good online service from this company and use them regularly. Once or twice I've had to telephone because of some minor complication (usually my fault) and they've always sorted it out. This weekend I've had to cancel an order I put through and this was dealt with very courteously and efficiently today (Sunday) by Sam Kennard. Excellent service. Caroline Walker”
