“The only slightly confusing aspect was to print 4 shipping notices in the instructions and there was no shipping note attached. This is in a separate email received 1/2 hour later. Why is this not in the first email with all the other documentation? I used the chat line to get round this and they were very helpful”

“I forgot to sign in this time but i always use Interparcels. Sign up for a free account then a few clicks you can see where your parcel is any time day or night. I have used interparcels to send to Baghdad and it was there in 5 days door to door for our customer. The insurance works and it is quick, on the one time we did lose a parcel with City express paid up in 7 days ?250. That was not interparcels fault it was a courier issue.”

“Never EVER send a parcel again without checking out a price on Interparcel website!!! I have paid only ?5.94 to have a parcel delivered to me by UPS using their Shop to Shop drop off and collect service and received my package in 48hrs.With Parcelforce I was Quoted over ?15.00 for the same I will only ever go to 1 website again which is INTERPARCEL as there is such a huge choice of couriers and options you just can't go wrong and if you need use this type of service very often then you will soon save enough to buy a holiday to celebrate!!! You have been warned!!”

“I booked a collection slot for my parcel at 12:15pm and they collected at 2:05pm...now that's what I call a prompt service! The UPS driver was very friendly and helped me with all the paperwork without making me feel too stupid!!”

“The service was one of the cheapest,however this didnt over shadow the service,first class. however time frame to collect my package was 8am-9pm! luckily had lots to do at home!”
