“I would expect that when a parcel is collected the driver should leave a receipt. Otherwise the sender will have no evidence of the collection. Otherwise all very straightforward.”

“Needed a parcel uplifted from home and delivered over night. Looked online for a provider, found Interparcel, tried them. Parcel uplifted by UPS Monday pm, delivered to Gloucestershire by 9.30am next day. Well done.”

“I've been using Interparcel for a few years now, most of what I send is from eBay sales but I have also used the collect and deliver back to me service when I've bought items. A superb service that is in my humble opinion the best, I have tried loads of different courier portals but Interparcel is just the best! I have also used the service for work, everything from a 1KG item to Pallets and no matter how big or small they seem to be the best on price and reliablility.”

“Having been retired for 10 years now, I was dreading having to send a large package that was much too big to post. Then I found Interparcel on the internet. What a relief - it couldn't have been made easier - a straightforward website and procedure, taking me step by step. On time pickup, pleasant driver - advice when delivered. 10 out of 10 Interparcel - thanks.”

“So straightforward and easy to use, Interparcel provide a great service. I use them all the time and would never think about using another service. The savings made in courier charges are very significant and I can not rate this Company - or the couriers I've used that they represent - highly enough. First Class.”

“Although there are often services more will known, I occasionally find Interparcel cheaper, so have continued to use them. Especially when shifting big boxes from the UK to Spain, other companies strangely won't even accept them. Having bad experiences with claims on Parcel2Go, I generally use this company unless there is a huge difference in price. Ignore the 20p for sending text updates, it doesn't work for me, however money was quickly refunded once I notified them of this.”

“At first was very impressed, but when it came to having to print documents and then having to send them to the person where the Parcel was to be picked up from was out of the question. The person had no computer, so that did not work. Then telephoned the help line who said there was no other way of doing it, I canceled and booked else where. Yet, had booked previously three months before and had know problem with getting a large item picked up.”

“Arranged collection Thursday, Collected Friday morning in Hertfordshire and delivered to Liverpool by monday ;-) they even sent me a Text to say parcel had been left with my next door neighbour and time it was delivered. What more can I say? Fantastic service and will use again! Thank You!”
