“I had to send a fragile parcel from Swansea to London. I looked at various options and Interparcel was the best value for money. After booking the service the parcel was collected from my home within the specified time frame, I was able to check progress using the tracking number, then I received texts informing me when the parcel would be delivered then another when it had been delivered. The texts cost an extra 20p each but well worth it. The recipient informed me that the parcel was safely and intact. I would not hesitate to use this service again”

“I have used interparcel for my business the past 6years. Probably had 4 or 5 times where a parcel was not collected or delivered out of hundreds so overall very good. They were quick to deal with it & sort out no problem, it's nice to have online chat option to save costing money on phone bills. Interparcel have loads of different services & options, price is very cheap, much cheaper than having an account with a courier direct. I would highly recommend this company!”

“Our firm has been using Interparcel for several years. We have had very few problems with their service - no parcel has ever been lost & their communication is excellent. I have tried alternatives but cannot find the value for money & trusted delivery service elsewhere.”

“It was easy to use the website and to make choices re prices. UPS arrived when they said they would. I would use this service again. Costs for taking to a collection site in the UK are really good.”

“Not bad. Package arrived a day later than it was supposed to. I was away so it didn't matter too much, but nobody tried to contact me or email me to let me know. Item arrived in good condition though.”

“I was struggling to post a fishing rod, the Post Office wouldn't accept it as it was 2 metres long in the protective tube, and the Parcelforce 48 large service was a ridiculous price. Found this on Google and the price was spot on, booked online and collected an hour later - you can't get better than that!”

“I am simply shocked by the utter unprofessionalism and complete lack of customer service I received from your stuff. I was hanged up on twice, one of your representative, Kirsty, simply closed the chat on me as she did not want to deal with my inquiry. I paid you ?21 to deliver my parcel to Belgium even though it was only ?15 via Royal Mail. I did not mind to pay you a premium as I was happy about my previous international delivery to Mexico. Apart from the above nobody bothered to pick up my parcel for 2 days!!, although the location was in Central London (W1). You should train your stuff what is the meaning of good customer service and hopefully I will be the last customer you have lost!!”

“Incredibly useful, good value and efficient? but, too many delivery agencies don't leave cards saying they have dropped round and so the parcel gets returned. this is particularly so in sweden, so BE CAREFUL”
