“I couldn't use the company in the end.....but the customer services girl I spoke to, Eden, was so helpful, much more then the company I was trying to return a parcel to! She created a refund for me in less time than it is me to type this!!”

“All the customer service assistant are very helpful. I was assisted by three CSA. One of them were named Libby. There was no trouble at all to book my parcel. The website does not allow you to choose your home address for collection. You can choose the address from drop down list and later ask the customer service to amend it. They will be more than happy to help.”

“After looking for a cheap parcel delivery service I fell upon a company called interparcel. For 50 pence more they even came and collected my item from my home address. the item was delivered to the person before the stated time which is always great in my mind .”
