“I have used Interparcel a few times now and have had no problems or concerns with them. I would recommend anyone to use them for safe carraige of your parcels.”

“Was not sure what to think about Interparcel particularly when the City Link driver did not give a receipt for the goods other than a number which did not seem to correspond to anything and certainly not the same as the Interparcel tracking number. I had not realised that Interparcel do their own tracking. After collection the Interparcel tracking number seemed to work and after being collected on the Friday (late afternoon) the goods were already in Scotland by the morning and delivered to day. I can only say a fantastic service and a really good price. Will use again and also recommend.”

“I've used Interparcel before and they have always collected and delivered to schedule. Better rates than other delivery services. Cheerful, helpful drivers. What more could you ask? Now you can even drop off the parcel at a shop instead of waiting indoors for a collection, even better.”

“As usual it all works out well, booked and pick up is quick, only one problem, despite not being able to log in even though talked with customer service, still do't get the discount offered!”

“Nice choice of couriers to choose from at competitive prices. I have used interparcel.com for a number of years now and I think I have ever had one problem...that was with the courier yodel but interparcel's customer service was great. I think they should do some sort of reward scheme like they did a few years ago with a discount for using interparcel.com. Overall, very satisfied. Keep up the good work!”

“Interparcel needs to have a phone line open until 6pm because if there should be a parcel problem it would be reassuring to speak to a person rather than going through the 'chatline'. Most parcel delivery company's vehicles tend to still be around 'til that time”

“I run a business and need to send goods all over the planet and I always shop around for the best rate. I have used parcel2go and others but they have let me down where as interparcel have always done the job well. I refuse to use any service which does not have a freely available phone number on the site and interparcel come up trumps there as well.”

“I've previously sent 2 parcels to Greece with absolutely no problems..Getting a quote is so easy and no registering and signing up before they will give you a quote like other companies do.Ordering collection and delivery is so easy and being able to track the parcel so reassuring.The collection is at the time they say it will be and the prices,,,well I don't know how they can do it so cheaply.I am so glad I chose them the first time I looked on internet,I wouldn't dream of ever using anybody else.”

“I usually use UPS from their 2 day service. Delivery is usually next day. Only had 2 parcels damaged in 7 years. Compensation paid without fuss.”
