“Very Easy to understand website and excellent results. Prices are less expensive than the post office and you can drop parcels off at local stores before you go to work. 5 stars”

“I use Interparcel services regularly as a private individual and over the past 11 years have been delighted at how easy and fast it is to arrange for deliveries as far as Australia, Mainland Europe and also within the UK. Sat down tonight and within 15 minutes everything was ordered, paid for, documents printed and attached ready for uplift. Couriers are pleasant and helpful at every collection.”

“With overall the best pricing available (or same as...) and simple process to arrange collection and delivery service, there's really no reason to use anything except interparcel for delivery service unless you literally only want to post a letter! Used for over 8 years with nothing but flawless service. All my parcel size eBay sales get shipped via Interparcel. If you haven't figured it out, I recommend and regularly personally use Interparcel.”

“I had to send a piece of artwork next day delivery for an important exhibition. The website was easy to use and the pickup was on time. The package was delivered on time, safe and sound. A great service that I will use again and recommend to others.”

“Easy -to-use service with an easier to understand pricing structure than Royal Mail - and usually cheaper on larger items as well. The only down-sides are the insistence of a telephone number for the receiver which is inconvenient and clunky at my end when I just want to get the item sent, and of course no tariff to speak off at the smaller parcel end. But at least you're getting there and giving me an alternative to the awful product offering from Royal Mail.”

“Have used them for a while now, and are very competitive and efficient. only criticism is that if something does go astray can take up to a month to get money back, but it does come back so all good!”

“I've used Interparcel for all my parcels for getting on for a year now. These have included high value books worth up to ?500 All parcels have been picked up as scheduled, and have arrived as scheduled, with no damage to any that I know of - as I've had no complaints from any recipients I take this to mean everything has been ok I live in a fairly remote village so the pick up service is perfect for me as it saves time and money travelling to the nearest post office - as it is, the prices are normally cheaper than the PO anyway I have already recommended Interparcel to my family, especially over the Christmas period when they all had parcels to send”
