This was my first time using Interparcel & I would highly recommend your service to others. Such a simple, user friendly website giving the sender a multitude of options on price, carrier & timed/untimed deliveries.

I use interparcel because it is quick and easy and cheaper than Royal mail and Parcel force The drop off to store with Hermes is useful as I do not have to be in until the collection arrives

I have been sending things to my daughter in China from time to time. Even other courier companies may give lower quoted price on such service, I have largely chosen ParcelForce because they have less restrictions on what can be sent. Among the experiences of going to post office, or placing order online directly to ParcelForce, or using the brokers (Interparcel, Parcel2Ship, Parcel2Go etc), I found Interparcel generally provided the best price for ParcelForce Global Priority service, and can arrange the drive to pickup the parcel on next working day. I definitely recommend Interparcel to my friends on this service.

I just love this service, the drivers are so pleasant and courteous . They arrive when they say they will. And my parcels always get to where it's going safe and sound, Home or abroad Will always recommend this service,,,should be on commission the amount of people I send your way ha ha , Will always use this service, Thanks

I like booking the service and can use PayPal. I have had some problems though with UPS. Once they opened up my box at a depot where i had wrapped some parts in a reused jiffy bag with my address still on it. The remainder of the parcel was delivered minus these parts and ups just posted them back to me, causing a lot of embarrassment with my customer and him not being able to use his item for an extra 4 days and me having to pay to post the parts to him, and i had bought new parts too to replace the ones missing in transit, so i ended up with the used parts that i cannot resell back. My Goods in also tell me the Colchester/Wivenhoe driver never 'asks' for the parcel, so i can drop it there on a Monday to go on an overnight but it's still sitting there on a Thursday until my goods in staff catch the driver and get him to take it. This is very poor in my opinion given that i have chosen an express service but get an economy and the driver is not doing his job. The booking and Interparcel website and staff are very responsive otherwise but UPS leave a lot to be desired. Nightfreight are no better and took 9 days to collect and deliver a parcel previously and it arrived 'opened'!

Interparcel provide A fast reliable cost effective service, my only reservation is cut off times for same day collections, especially when you are waiting for a collection to be made but can't book in another package for same courier to collect at same time, otherwise great service.

Happy to recommend Interparcel on price and customer service. Whenever there has been a late collection or delayed delivery, there is always someone to speak to on the phone. And they go the extra mile to immediately find out any issue. I have even been fully refunded for late delivery. It's the girls on the other end of the phone who make the difference. Not an automated service, a real person, in the UK, who can understand and deal with your problem straight away.

I use this website for my business for all my overseas shipping needs. I use a courier company directly for all my inland shipping, and get good discounted rates owing to the volumes I do, but I can't get good rates for overseas parcels. Interparcel alliws me to choose from a variety of options, which service from which company will give me the best deal. I mostly choose UPS as unlike the way they work! I use 2 websites for these bookings . most of the time, I use interparcel, but sometimes the other one I use offers slightly better rates on multi parcel jobs. I have had few problems, but when I have, it is usually easy to speak to someone on the phone!

I booked the next day economy and was very impressed as they arrived quickly to collect the parcel and it was delivered before 11am the next day! Can't ask for more really especially for the price.

Use Interparcel to book all our deliveries where they do not need to be "next day". Usually the items arrive undamaged, the couriers arrive reliably, and I can use the stored card system which makes the booking convenient. Where there have been problems staff have been helpful and responsive.

Never have any problems with Inter-parcels service. The only thing which would make it easier would be to be able to make multi bookings rather than have to do them individually.

Though the site is easy to use, I would like to see vat INC. prices and I think the total price people are paying, should be displayed at the point where you press the button to pay.

Not as cheap as Parcels to go, in addition, if you have a have a problem they walk all over you. I've spent a 3K+ with Interparcel over the last 3-4 years for our business, but they are rude and don't appreciate it. They pushed me away but I saved ?2.50 per unit with Parcels to go so Interparcels rudeness was really a saving grace.

I have been waiting for 4 days for my parcel to be collected. I keep on calling the customer service everyday but lots of excuses was given with no promise. Finally I have to cancelled my order and ask for refund. At last minutes, they not even bother to help or provide a better solution and simply said 'we will refund you money'. What a joke??? I am so angry when my parcel is due to deliver to the depot and I have to find another alternatively company to pick up......Never Never come near to this company.
