“Usually faultless service and UPS driver local to me is wonderful. Three parcels were damaged and two delayed in the last couple of weeks. This has never been the case and so I wonder if something has changed.”

“Sent a parcel with interparcel and the service was fantastic. I took it to a local shop and got a receipt. Paid 20p to receive a text. The text duly came through as soon as the parcel was delivered. It was a much better and cheaper service than the Royal Mail. I will certainly use them again.”

“Collected on time by a pleasent courier. Delivered within the guide dates. Very impressive service. If I had a negative it would be the absence of the SMS I'd paid for informing me that it was in destination country.”

“We have used Interparcel many times and we always choose the interparcel courier option because we get UPS, they are great in our area of Somerset, pity TNT cannot find us, they deserve to go into receivership for there numerous blunders”

“I have used Interparcel on many occasions and have nothing but praise for them. You get a choice of carriers and a choice of price. Regardless of the carrier you choose the collection and delivery can be relied on every time and I rate them second to none! If you need it delivered on time, every time choose Interparcel.”

“I have used Interparcel for about 10 years and would say overall a pretty reliable service, though I estimate a delay in pick up is probably 1 in 10 orders. Usually this is OK as most of my pick ups are not urgent. A recent order to USA was urgent and it took Interparcel 5 days to pick up the order. Several e-mails were not replied to and I did not want to have to call their premium rate number. I filed a dispute with Paypal and said on the dispute that I would stop the dispute once Interparcel picked up the order. They soon picked up the order but I was unable to cancel the dispute because bizarrely Interparcel escalated the dispute to a claim!!! I was refunded the full amount by Paypal and being honest offered to give Interparcel the refund as I had originally stated in the dispute that I would stop the dispute once item was picked up which it eventually was. Interparcel decided to close my account as I had done this Paypal dispute before and they didn't like it then. Surely a consumer is entitled, within reason to dispute his order if he wants to cancel, or a refund etc? It's no different disputing a payment with a credit card company. In short, a reputable company but strange how they handle what I considered fair consumer rights.”
