“We have used this service for a couple of years. As our parcel count is quite low Interparcel enables us to get a decent price whilst using a main carrier such as TNT.”

“WE HAVE USED INTERPARCEL FOR A NUMBER OF YEARS AND ALWAYS HAD GOOD SERVICE FROM THEM THE ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT WE HAVE HAD WAS THAT A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO WHEN THEIR PRICES WENT UP WE ALSO LOST OUR 5 PER CENT DISCOUNT FOR BEING AN ACCOUNT HOLDER. IF IT WERE NOT FOR THIS THEN WE WOULD HAVE GIVEN THEM A 5 STAR RATING”

“The man who came to pick the parcel up was early and then grumpy that i wasn't ready! But it got there and in one piece too, which was good, so on the the whole a good service.”

“I was given a link to Interparcel when I needed to return a heavy fire grate to Manchester. It worked brilliantly! Documentation was easy to print off, my parcel was collected on time and I was able to track it all the way back to the supplier. Very reasonable prices too. A really easy way to return things and I shall definitely use Interparcel again when I need to.”

“I should like your labelling system to be simplified. Living in the modern computer age, 80+ year old people have difficulty coping with complex 'down-loading and filing systems. My most recent experience was most distressing.”

“Thank you so much for your speedy delivery of very important documents that had to get to Rome. They were delivered as promised and destressed me to get acknowledgement of their arrival. I initially went with Royal Mail who still to this day two weeks on have not delivered them that needed to arrive before 11th March. I now will experience a fine for not getting documents there on time... Your service was excellent and I will use you again rather than try to do it cheaper with Royal Mail. Thanks again.”

“the booking process was ok a little awkward at first but soon mastered. speed of response was good and although a wide collection time was offered it all went off smoothly. All I need to do now is confirm my parcel got there but the first part went off ok”

“Very easy to use, the online system is very easy to navigate and the prices were right! Did exactly what it said on the tin PLUS you can pay by palpal (I did). The parcel was delivered very quickly and I was kept informed every step of the way. Extremely efficient, cost effective and professional. I recommend without any reservation at all.”

“Perfect service by both Interparcel and UPS, the service and carrier I use. Never once have I been let down by either in over 3 years of regular use. Shame UPS can't replace Royal Mail as our national postal service!”

“Prohibited items do not match the prohibited items of the individual carriers you represent. I had an exchange with one of your staff who said that a sealed gel lead acid battery was prohibited but when I enquired with our main carrier, it was not the case. Some labelling was required but as long as it could not leak, they were satisfied. It was the same with Royal Mail. No-one was prepared to look into the matter deeper. Rules were rules!!”
