Very easy to book a collection online and a very competitive price. Goods collected the following day by a friendly and helpful driver. Delivered on time and full tracking throughout. Overall, a great service and will definitely use again.

I have given up getting quotes from other companies - Interparcel is always the best option. Their online quote sytem is very straightforward - enter dimensions and postcodes, print off their labels - job done.

It's great that I can sit at my computer and get a price for delivery, print labels if required, and just wait for the item to be picked up. So much easier than using parcel force and cheaper.

Completed forms at 11 am, collection 30 minutes later and delivery next day at 2pm. I paid extra for text confirmation- a great service for peace of mind.

I love INTERPARCEL! There is no discrimination. It doesn't matter how big or small you are - they deliver so that you can deliver. In all the time that I have been using INTERPARCEL, they have never let me down. The irony is that I was told by one of the courier companies that they no longer want my business because I just don't spend enough with them. Isn't it funny how they don't mind my business through INTERPARCEL. GREAT - The best thing on the internet.

I use Interparcel to arrange couriers for my business. Prices are competitive and the support is always helpful if I ever need to speak to anyone.

The website is easy and quick to use, it remembers previous recipients, you can see previous orders easily and retrieve tracking links easily.. payment is quick with saved debit card details.. Only down side is the annoying requirement to select No Thanks for receiving confirmation text messages... And there is a % charge for using a credit card or paypal, which is a bit behind the times - you don't see shops charging for credit cards!!

Great site and service however when I am sending several parcels to different people on same day it would be nice to speed up process somehow. Either be able to do multiple parcels and then do one payment and one invoice, or store card details etc. so can just say "Pay"

Well worth giving a go they were better than our regular carrier for Northern Ireland and will get rates off them for Scotland and the Islands etc.

Interparcel is a good way to get a varied range of prices for all parcel requirements. We very rarely have any issues with collections or deliveries, but when we do they are always dealt with promptly & politly. Would definately recommend anyone to try the website for themselves

I have now been using interparcel for 10 months both for uk and international, they offer the lowest prices and i chop around continuously to ensure I don't miss a bargain. Very reliable always on time for collection and delivery. Easy to track the parcels online and talk to customers service for any enquiries (I never had to wait more than 1 min to get through to a helpful staff). An apps for mobile phone would be very useful....

We have been using InterParcel for over a year now after having had problems with missing parcels etc with two other courier providers. To date InterParcel have a 100% track record and we have had no hiccups whatsoever.

Hi, I booked this order online and received the confirmation about the collection of item from sender address. But since morning on collection day there was no sign of any person who is coming to Collect the parcel. I phoned twice and was told in very unprofessional way that they can not give the possible choice or time for collection. I have cancelled my dentist appointment and also asked from friend to pick up my child from school. Entire day was very wasteful to stay at home and wait for the driver to come and collect. Finally he came at 6pm without rining and with no apology about the inconvenience. Its a big communication which need to be managed in a orgnised and professional way. It was my first experience to utilise your service but I beleive it was really very irritative and stressful. Kindly update your website and allow customer to choose their desire time frame or atleast ask and instruct all of your colleagues who answer the phone calls to help customer, be polite and provide excellent professional feedback instead ingonrance them. I have used Interparcel for many years for sending my business items and, like anything that is used frequently, there has been a couple of problems, however, I will always trust Interparcel over Royal Mail who have let me down so many times I have lost count! Interparcel have always listened and reacted quickly if there has been a problem so I really can't find fault. Interparcel has tracking every step of the way and the cost, more so for heavy items, is a very reasonable price.

Always use interparcel and have done for about 5 years. 95% of time I go for UPS option as always seems to be delivered next day. Only issues are and I point out this has only happened 2 or 3 times is when you have to deal with customer services, for example when a parcel has not been picked up when it should have. Twice I have been penalised by my customer for late delivery because a parcel has not been picked up via Interparcel. Speaking with customer services about these issues at the time I found 1 particular girl so rude and with a terrible 'well that's tough and your problem attitude' I was left speechless. There was no compensation offered which therr should have been or even an apology of any type. With all that said I will continue to use.
