“I find your site easy to get around, to make it better for myself would to have an option to put all the orders in a basket and make one payment at the end. It is a pain having to enter payment details for each package. The surcharge for paypal should be 0% also.”

“It's my first time, the company's driver was really nice when he picked up the parcel, as he waited for me to print out a barcode sheet. On time, very fast delivery, went smoothly and it's cheep price compared to other courier company. Thanks a bunch”

“Pick up courier had no labels with him. Said would be added at Depot? A substantial box was used but still managed to puncture box with blunt instrument and also plastic bag inside. No damage to fabric inside. Will not use again.”

“I used Interparcel to send a large parcel item from the south coast of England to Scotland. Booking was straightforward; payment was easy and even included PayPal; the cost was very reasonable; pick-up was exceptionally prompt within the time period given; and delivery was the next day as stated. The only thing that could be improved would be shorter time windows for pick-up as 0800 - 1800 is a long time to sit and wait if the driver doesn't come until late in the day. That said, this point didn't actually affect me and I was very pleased with my whole Interparcel experience.”

“It was easy to process on line, but when I took the parcel to Parcel Force they said I should have had another label to attach to the parcel. And it was not suporse to be taken there unit Monday the 3rd. I gave him the Number you provided and as I was leaving the depot he came out and said he could take it then, but in future I would need the correct label. The sticky label he showed me had a bar code on etc. I would use you again soon, but I would like this misunderstanding cleared up first. 1, when do I take it to the local depot 2. Do I need more then the quote number ( actual label) to take with me. I hope you get back to me on this. Kind regards Phil”

“Easy to use system for booking. Courier turned up the next day unlike some couriers I could mention. Parcel delivered the next day after collection. I have found City Link very reliable. Would use again as excellent service.”

“I paid ?50 for a delivery, I took a day off waiting for the courier to collect the package. The courier did not turn up, I called the customer service "Unfortunately there are no notes to show why this failed". They did not offer me any compensation, they just refunded the money and I wasted a day. Avoid them.”

“I send cakes once a month to a friend and have used inter parcel for all but one of the deliveries. The service is reasonably priced, the delivery men friendly and polite and if my friend isn't there to receive the parcel they have found a neighbour to take it in. I wouldn't consider using anyone else to deliver my parcels, a five star service. It is also easy to use the on line forms.”

“They would probably be called Interparcel. Its an easy to use service and cheaper than booking with the actual courier firm who collect your delivery. All down to economies of scale. You have to bear in mind that Interparcel dont have their own national network of drivers so they "piggyback" on the likes of City Link & TNT. Then take in to account that they rely on the contracted firm to do the physical job so they are never in 100% control of your delivery. That said I am on my 4th booking with them and so far so good. Website tracking is just a click to use. Very pleased.”

“Does what it says on the tin - easy to arrange, good prices, picked up as scheduled, delivered on time, name of signatory available so I could check with stores that parcel was here as I knew who had recevied it.”
