“First time I've used this service and chose UPS as my carrier to send a parcel to my parents in Spain. Very easy to use with simple step by step instructions and the price was excellent. I tracked the parcel easily on the website and using my iphone from dropping off at the drop-off point right up to delivery to my folks place in Spain and on the day they said it would arrive ! Highly recommended, will defo be using again.”

“I like using Interparcel, and have done so for over 8 years. I always say a company is as good as they are when things go wrong, and Interparcel has proven that to me. I will continue to use this excellent service. They are no longer using Yodel who disappointed in the service they gave, and their failure to correct errors.”

“Post Office offered to charge me over 12 pounds to deliver a package of stationery, helpfully saying if I reduced the weight slightly to under 2kg it would cost ?5 (what a silly charging scheme). Using interparcel's website the cost was a mere ?1.50, given that I dropped the parcel off and it was picked up by the recipient. Only complaint: I paid an extra 20p+VAT to have the recipient texted thhat it had arrived. She diid not receive that text.”

“VERY EASY TO BOOK OR TO GET A QUOTE. VERY RELIABLE & SHOULD THERE BE A PROBLEM THEY SORT IT OUT VERY QUICKLY. HAVE USED THEM MANY YEARS & HAVE ONLY HAD 1 PARCEL NOT PICKED UP WHEN BOOKED & THAT WAS DOWN TO SEVERE SNOWSTORMS. IT WAS COLLECTED THE NEXT DAY.”

Having live chat is a definite bonus over ipostparcels, who I used recently, had an issue, emailed them and am still waiting for reply. Am new to ebay selling and have many items to despatch. “We have used the standard service with delivery by UPS for several months and so far everything has gone perfectly, with every package picked up and delivered as promised. We also had occasion to send one very heavy package to the USA and much to my amazement it arrived in Pennsylvania from Cambridgeshire in perfect condition in 2 days. I could hardly believe it! We are very pleased with Interparcel, and have just signed up for an account into which we can prepay funds so the whole booking process is now faster and easier. So, top marks so far, we are completely happy.”

“Most of the time they are a very quick cost effective way to send parcels. The quote and booking system is very clear and simple to use and you can save addresses for quick retrieval the next time you want to book. My only gripe is that they've lost 1 parcel and delivered another to the wrong address over the last few years and I have had to pester them for help and answers, with some of the operators cold phone manner clearly indicating (in my opinion) their annoyance at having to follow up on problems once they'd had my money. Eventually it became non-cost effective to pursue the problem parcels and my company gave up. On principle I shouldn't use them but the money saved on their great booking system (for me) outweighs the occasional loss.”
