“I recommend interparcel for all parcel mailings. Interparcel services are easy to use and give a choice of delivery times and the prices for various carriers. So far I have experienced a very efficient service. My only quibble is the instructions given in preparing a parcel could be much clearer - all they need to say loud and clear is "Be sure to display the shipping label and the address label on the outside of box and to not wrap in brown paper as this might get torn off". (To find this information you have to read through quite a lot of verbiage).”

“We have used Interparcel for all of our outgoing packages for some years and are pleased with the service. We have found it quick and easy to use, price competitive, reliable and have not yet had any problems with the service. Surprisingly it has proved lower cost than booking direct with main line carriers despite using those same main line carriers to collect and deliver packages.”

“I use this company very regularly as I have my own business, they are always reliable, and most importantly, my parcel always arrives in tact amd well cared for at the other end. The couple of tiny issues which I have had over the years have always been dealt with quickly and professionally. I ALWAYS use their standard economy service as UPS are by far the best courier that interparcel offer. TNT have damaged many of my parcels in the past.”

“The first few times I used interparcel I was very impressed, however recent times have been rather annoying. Booking a time slot for a parcel to be collected is the time I'd expect it to be picked up. However on the last couple of collections I book an early timeslot and get a phonecall stating there is "no driver in the area" in the morning, and can they collect in the evening. Very frustrating! If you can't pick the parcel up at a certain time, don't offer me the chance to select it!”

“Have always used P.O. for parcels and packages, had never thought to use anyone else. Checked rates for both and found courier to be half price for the same service! No brainer ! Courier service wins ! Excellent Service and arrived sooner than I expected. Will definitely use again. Highly recommended.”
