“I would recommend Interparcel to friends as they are reliable and reasonably priced. My only downside would be that I have to be here to await the collection of the parcel and the only times given are 'between 8am and 9pm'. This means I have to stay in and be here for a 13 hour period. If I was told 'after 5p.m' (which from experience it probably will be - but I don't know) it would be far more convenient for the customer. Apart from that I feel it is very good service. “Interparcel usually works very well. If there are problems It is easy to contact someone during working hours on the phone. The staff are generally helpful and usually manage to sort out any problems. It would be helpful if there was someone on the end of a phone until say 8.00p.m. The staff regularly promise to phone back but never do without exception. Generally a good service which I would recommend to a friend”

“If you want to send a parcel anywhere - this is a great service to use - lots of choice from next day to 3 day. I went for next day as I wanted to make sure goods were received ahead of the weekend, and booked with TNT. Everything comes in on email - simple instructions and simple labels and tracking. Just so simple, quick and easy.”

“This is the quickest and easiest way of sending parcels.Just goon line enter your parcels weight length width and depth, you then get to look at a range of agents and prices to choose from click on who you want enter your details and recipients details. If all ok accept price, print out mailing label stick it on parcel they will pick it up same day or next depending what you chose.You can't rack the parcel or they will text you when it's delivers. Couldn't be easier or better.”

“It's carnival in Irun this week and after taking over a Goldilocks outfit from Liverpool for our little grand daughter Eider last week we were short of 3 Bears outfits !! No luck in Spain so got them in Liverpool. Problem??? How to get them there for Friday. Checked out loads of solutions and picked up on this deal which looked too good to be true and you know what happens to them !! Just been texted the parcel has been delivered as assured for half the price of most of the competition !! The ease of tracking and the information provided there was brilliant, thank you so much Interparcel,,you have made a little girl, her sister and parents ( aka Goldilocks and the 3 bears) very happy !!!! Fantastic !!!”

“It is a straight forward and easy to use system so send parcels. Sometimes one might think that there are to many labels, but once you get used to which ones are needed, it is simple enough. Put the addresses in, weight & size then ask for a quote. You get a selection to choose from for price and courier. Thanks Interparcel, Keep it up.”

“I KNOW I HAVE NEVER BEEN THE BEST CUSTOMER, BUT I`M GETTING BETTER. THERES BEEN CANCELLATIONS AND ALL SORTS OF UPSETS BUT INTERPARCEL HAS NEVER LET ME DOWN. AND THATS WHY I HAVE STAYED, THEY WILL ALWAYS HELP AND WITH A BIG SMILE. AND THAT GOES A LONG WAY WHEN I NEED TO KEEP MY CUSTOMERS WORLDWIDE HAPPY. THEY WILL NEVER GET RICH WHEN DELIVERING FOR ME, BUT, AT THE END OF THE DAY, LITTLE OR LARGE, IT ALL COUNTS AND HELPS TO KEEP THE WHEELS TURNING...”

“good online system remembers regular delivery details such as location, payment account, contact details - and emails you labels once paid so can have delivery ready for collection asap. 20p surplus option for text confirmation tracking is reassuring. Choice of couriers, delivery options, prices is easy to compare too.”

“I have nothing but praise for Interparcel, after having a very bad experience with another delivery company I can't praise them enough, the parcels are always picked up and then delivered the next day, the price is very good and it is so convenient being able to book up until mid day”
