“IVE ONLY HAD TO CLAIM TWICE IN THE PAST 3 YEARS [AND I USE THEM ABOUT A DOZEN TIMES A MONTH] BOTH CLAIMS WERE DEALT WITH VERY QUICKLY AND I WAS REFUNED THE FULL AMOUNT ON BOTH CLAIMS,UPS INTERPARCEL ARE MY FAVORITE BUT FOR NON URGENT ITEMS TO THE UK I USE MY HERMES +++++++”

“I found the on-line booking straightforward and the price very reasonable. The parcel was collected less than an hour after I started the on-line process! Texts kept me precisely informed on delivery, which was very useful as the parcel was required by an important client in Scandinavia. I will certainly use this service again.”

“I've used interparcel many times, mostly for items I've sold on Ebay. Prices are more competitive than elsewhere, and they always pick up when they say. Delivery is very reliable too.”

“On quite a few occasions when parcels have gone astray especially when going abroad little compensation was given. An apology and a delivery thats over a week late is all we as a customer get! Would be a nice jesture on these occasions to offer a credit note to us as the customer, as I am sure that you probably get more than just a verbal apology from the likes of TNT and UPS”
