“The system is so easy to use and provides a quality service at a very reasonable price. Everything can be setup online and only requires you to drop off the package at the nearest point, you can even request a pick up if required. The ability to track the package from drop off to delivery is reassuring and beats higher cost companies hands down. Excellent service.”

“I have used Interparcel twice and both times the item was collected the day they said it would be and delivered within a couple of days. I like the idea of paying an extra 25p to have a text message confirming safe delivery. Well worth the money.”

“I love using Interparcel because it's so hassle-free. I just weigh and measure my parcels and put in the postcode to get a quote. Really good pricing - much better than other services. The shipping labels are very clear to read and easy to print. Then they get sellotaped on to the parcels. It's usually the same courier who collects each time, too, so I know roughly when to expect them. Very helpful and efficient, friendly too! It's good that there's a tracking system as well, so you can follow your parcels' progress. I use Interparcel fairly regularly, so I opened an account. It was really easy and it saves me a little bit of time by storing the regular addresses that I use. Brilliant.”

“as i say the tracking service is great, it updates all the time telling you exactly where the parcel is. unfortunately interparcel used UPS for this particular delivery, according to the tracking service UPS received a call from the receiver requesting a different delivery time, of course i knew this to be a lie as the receiver was my wife who told me she had never requested a different delivery date. the parcel was delivered the next day so nothing was lost really but the delivery guy told my wife they tried to deliver the day before to her work but arrived after she left. i didn't even mind that but i did mind the lying on the tracking service saying my wife had requested another delivery time when that just wasn't true at all”

“I have been using Interparcel.com for many years and have never had to complain. The system is very easy to use and works for me every time. I had one parcel which arrived damaged but Interparcel.com Insurance were very quick and uncomplicated in dealing with the matter and I was correctly reimbursed. Have recommended interpacel.com to many friends and associates who are also pleased with this service. A definite 5 star Rated company.”

“I wanted to send a large box of curtains from Inverness to Bristol. With Interparcel I quickly chose on-line how and when it was to go. Put in the size and weight of the box, chose a price, and Printed out the necessary labels. It was collected from me at home on the stipulated day. The recipient received an alert text on the morning it was to be delivered. Curtains arrived and I am happy, and I have used this service with no problems 7 times before, and will again.”

“If you want to send a parcel - anywhere in the world - I'd recommend you try Intrparcel. The website is easy to use, lots of choices to book, prices are excellent - and the service is great. I've only had to phone them twice, once because I forgot to put an item on my customs form, and they added it for me, no fuss at all, sent me out new forms to print and all was well in the world. The second time was due to FedEx refusing to accept a package (see below). Both times really helpful and friendly. The only company I wouldn't recommend for sending gifts to the USA via Interparcel is FedEx - both times we've booked them they've disputed the legality of the contents (sweets and chocolate apparently need a complete breakdown of ingredients?!) on one occasion they refused to take the parcel and we had to get a refund and re-book. Two bad experiences out of hundreds (it seems like hundreds!) can't be bad, and now we book via the Interparcel Economy service, we've never had a problem *touch wood*, thank you to everyone at Interparcel, you're doing a great job :o)”

“The parcel arrived safely,it could have got there quicker but unfortunatly it had to stay in ups depo over weekend as it wasent booked to be delivered while Monday. Overall the service was good.”

“I think inter parcel website is easy to use. My only complain is every time I have used City Link they fail to pick up or deliver, delayers by 2 to 3 days. I have now stop choosing City Link. Staff at interparcel are very helpful. Thank you.”

“I recently used this company to return an unwanted item and the service was excellent. The parcel was picked up and delivered on time. For an extra 20p I even received a text that the delivery was successful. I would thoroughly recommend this company and would certainly use it again if needed.”
