“Very reasonable price- far cheaper than Parcelforce for the occasional domestic user, and a trouble-free and efficient process (assuming my parcel has actually got there). I am impressed.. Only downside was very long 12 hour window for pick-up, but the chap actually arrived within the first three hours, which was good.”

“A very easy online service with all the tools you need to safely and efficently send parcels all over the world, with a easy to follow tracking service complete with text messaging so you know at every stage where your parcel is. Also very competative rates. I always use this service and would highly recommend it to everybody.”

“Annoying that I had to stop booking to email customer for a tel No but otherwise fairly simple. Collected just within timeframe although I was getting nervous as I paid 20p for text to say it was close to being collected and I have not received that text! Will see if I receive text when delivered at other end! UPS driver stated they do not send texts!”

“I always thought of Parcelink as one of the run of the mill sort of companies. However after the last couple of days with several people recommending them after my RANT about the UNDERHAND practices of My Hermes In Particular I as I say MAY have just changed my mind. And being one of the FAVOURITES for Interparcel and me also it seems now. BUT lets wait until tomorrow when they collect. Belay that!! Man at door brought me 8 Vacuum Cleaners in 4 HUGE boxes!! AND not only but also took the parcel for tomorrow to save me having to get up to greet him!! WHAT A STAR!! Yes DEFINITELY changed my mind! Parcelink IS a decent service!”

“I have been using this service as an alternative to Royal Mail as their pricing has become prohibitive for parcels. I sell items on ebay from time to time and believe that the cheaper postage has helped me sell things. I have used the collection and drop off services and both have been simple to use. A good service all round !”

“First time I have used Interparcel and it all went very smoothly. I liked the fact I could choose from different delivery options, costs and delivery companies. I chose the cheapest option for this delivery as it was not an expensive item to send out so didn't need insurance. The parcel was collected from my house and it all went very smoothly. I will definitely use this again.”

“The collection and delivery were on time, very impressed and the parcels were not subject to being thrown about like they were bomb proof like other couriers I have dealt with irrespective of how well the items were wrapped for transit. This meant a definite change of courier that I did use to using Inter City. Well done! got my vote and business. If there is any difference in the cost compared with other couriers, it is well worth it for peace of mind and still cheaper that the big red van postal service. KLP Swindon.”

“Excellent courier agent, I've used Interparcel to ship digital pianos all over the world from the UK. Any problems I've ever had have been hastily and satisfactorily dealt with. The customer services staff in Crawley are excellent, always friendly and pleasant. The website does just what it should and in fact it's probably been 18 months since I had to speak to any of the cust services. That's a good thing.”
