“service was fast and precise but they still managed to damage parts well wrapped in bubble wrap and then boxed”

“Interparcel is the fastest easiest way to send your parcels ..you get great choice of couriers to choose from and it beats standing in queues in the post office and it is much cheaper. I would always recommend sending parcels this way”

“Everytime i have used interparcel The courier never shows up Costing me a days wage They then offer to get it collected next day Costing me another days wage And when it does get delivered It still shows that parcel is awaiting collection on tracking link! ?10.75 to send my parcel? Ends up costing me over ?200 in losses Stay clear! Good service if you dont have a life!”

“Over the past few years I have posted hundreds of parcels worldwide. Sometimes using standard postal services and sometimes couriers. If I needed tracking and insurance, the costs were high, sometimes very high! Then I found InterParcel. An excellent service run by friendly and helpful people. InterParcel have cut my costs, even when they use the same couriers I had used before. I have only once had a problem ....the courier had an overseas custom's hiccup but InterParcel were quick to help sort it out! This a very good service that I thoroughly recommend.”

“As above rather pointless for the service provider to ask for a rating when the job is not completed until my consignment is delivered to my recipient , but one thing disappointing already I had paid for the sms service to advise me a more exact pick up time rather than wait in all day which was the original unspecified pick up time . I did not get a message giving me an updated time and when queried with the ACTUAL courier which was not Interparcel but UPS the quite nice young man told me that they do not do a sms pre- advice service! Interparcel must have known this but still allowed me to be conned into paying for a service that was not applicable to my pick up!”

“Needed to send a parcel to Germany & after reading reviews I choose Interparcel. My parcel was collected by TNT and delivered in less than 24hrs even though I choose the 'before 6pm next day option'. I tracked my parcel on line & received texts to confirm delivery. All in all, an excellent service. Thank you. Note, don't waste time like I did checking prices etc with TNT directly as they only deal with business to business customers.”

“Entire process was easy, labels arrived promptly followed shortly by the driver. He was polite, friendly and appeared happy. Tracked my parcel,s progress which was delivered in France without delay. Well done.”

“Booking made easy, simple to navigate website. Booked collection for between 12.30 -3 PM. Received a phone call advising the driver could not collect until 5, so said ok collect tomorrow as would not be around at 5. Shortly afterwards the deriver came to collect at around 12.30 as I had booked . Appreciate the collection being as I had booked, so why call me to say they could not collect. No complaints otherwise. Paul”

“I would thoroughly recommend this company as it was very easy to set up the collection and delivery of my 3 parcels on the website and the price was much cheaper than any other form of sending so I was delighted. It means that when I am selling items on EBay I can offer a low postage rate to give me the competitive edge over other people selling similar items. I have a broken arm at the moment so I was really pleased to find that the courier service offered a collection facility and I didn't have to ask anyone else to take my parcels to the post office. I was also very impressed with the immediate communication via email sending me everything I needed like the address label already printed and the invoice and the instructions were easy to follow. I will certainly use Interparcel.com again. Thank you.”

“What is the point of offering a tracking service when they can't track the parcel once it's left the depot. Sometime between 8am and 6pm is not good enough in 2014. Get a grip or get lost!”

“I booked this courier with some trepidation: will the parcel get lost, will it be late, will there be admin problems..... None of my fears came true. Booking was straight-forward, collection happened as agreed, and the parcel arrived safe and sound at its destination two days later. Good experience - reasonable cost - thoroughly recommendable!”
