“My wife pointed me at Interparcel after a major courier wanted to charge me ?60 to ship a ?40 guitar about 300 miles! Interparcel can do that for me for about ?12.50, or less if there's no rush. I've always found the Interparcel web site very easy to use and I assume it's because they've got their on-line system that part-time ebayers like me get what are effectively bulk rates. But also, the couple of times things have gone wrong (one of those was totally beyond their control, the other just a shipping label that didn't arrive on email) a 'real person' sorted it out for me. At the risk of sounding like a fake dentist on a TV ad: So far, Interparcel has always delivered for me! (I think that last bit just made things worse. Sorry)”

“The generator was picked up yesterday around 12, and I tracked it using the Interparcel tracker until around 12.30 last night, when it was still just showing "scanned" - this morning it arrived at 8.45 before I'd had a chance to look at ther tracker - so nice not to have to wait in all day for a delivery!”

“I have found Interparcel to be in most cases friendly and helpfull, UPS , Fedex or TNT have never given me any problem, in 3 years the only problems I have had have been with Hermes the most recent being a case that took 18 days to deliver, Hermes said they could not find the address but the customer said he never received a telephone call from them neither did they bother to call me to check on the address, my customer has told me never to send him anything again by Hermes”

“On a few occasions the collections have not happened. I live rurally and use Interparcel regularly and almost always use UPS. When the collection has not happened the customer services have pointed out that collections are not guarenteed - this is not at all clear when you book. The attitude of Interparcel on the phone is fairly disinterested. As I say the service is great until there is a problem at which point it becomes fairly poor - this I think is typical of many large companies. My only other point which is a suggestion rather than a complaint is: It would be far more convenient when booking several parcels if you didn't have to treat each one separately and make separate payments for each parcel. Once logged in why can't several parcels to different locations be booked together?”

“Have used this service twice in the last week- the first time service with signature, no problems at all, was able to print off labels straight away. Second time used the basic delivery, supposed to receive two emails one for address label and second email for shipping label. Received first email straight away, didn't get second email til 9am next day which left me wondering all night whether I'd done the transaction correctly or whether I needed the shipping label at all for that kind of delivery service.”

“I'm always using Interparcel.com as they are the best web based company for picking up and delivering parcels on time and damage free. I even stress to fellow sellers to use Interparcel.com as they have so much choice and variety of service . As I live in a rural area of the Scottish Highlands this is perfect for me and with the prices of the Royal mail sky rocketing and non delivery ,this is why I use a reputable company like this . Very happy with the services I receive here , A BIG 5 STARS”
