“I had cause to send a number of boxes recently that contained personal items. During the transportation the recipient changed their delivery address. The staff at Interparcel handled this with the utmost of professionalism and care, resulting in a seamless delivery. Thank you.”

“I needed to send a large heavy parcel to the other end of the country so tried Parcelforce. They were ignorant, unhelpful and generally useless, so on the recommendation of a friend, tried Interparcel. What a difference! Its all done online - you type in how heavy it is, where its going to and how big it is and you get a choice of services depending on how quickly it has to get there for. You pay online and they produce the labels which you print out and stick on the parcel, tell them what time it will be ready for collection and they come and get it. They came within an hour of my request which I thought fantastic and for a small extra cost I get a text when it has been delivered - peace of mind. Will definitely be using this service again.”

“Good price. UPS don't trash my parcels. Pick up my parcels before 12 ish so I,m not waiting all day. Delivered parcels are bang on the next day. The UPS driver/courier goes out of his way to help and it's always the same bloke,so if I,m not in when he calls,he stashes my parcel so I don't have to mess about re booking delivery. I may get cheaper,but I'd rather have my parcel in one piece not in kit form. Well happy.”

“I have tried a few couriers over the years but keep coming back to Interparcel as they are reliable courier service, both quick & easy to book, with competitive prices - I keep coming back to book! Whenever I have had to contact Interparcel over any incident the company has been responsible and had excellent communication to resolve any issue. I wouldcertainly recommend the service to anyone who is looking for a courier and who seeks reliabilty, cost-effectiveness and accountability!”

“Since discovering Interparcel we have not booked a shipment with anyone else. You can get a quotation in seconds with a choice of services instead of having to ring round numerous couriers. All the paperwork is produced for you - no filling in lengthy Airwaybills! Very convenient and time saving!”

“I now use Interparcel for all large or valuable items, or even if I just can't be bothered to walk to the post office. They are good value compared with other couriers and have been extremely reliable. It even works out cheaper to use UPS (and other couriers) via Interparcel, rather than approaching UPS directly. No complaints whatsoever!”

“What can you say, they offer a clear cut service, you put in the correct details, and you get the quote, just give them the address's and pay, depending on the service you choose print out your labels, and wait for the knock at the door (if using a collect service), job done, and no surprises, perfect. The only time you may have a problem is if you live in an area where specific couriers are not very good, as they are franchised, to be safe check out for bad couriers in the arrears involved, and make sure you choose a service that doesn't use that problem courier, but Interparcel has no control over such things, but I live in an area where I have great service from all the couriers, but not everyone is so lucky, but with this tip you can avoid such problems, but Interparcel's service is great, never had a problem when I have used them.”

“Interparcel is superb for me as it ensures that my parcels for my special friends are always on time. Infact, it has been known to be there a little ahead of my expected time. This is because you get used to parcels taking so many days, but so far Interparcel has beaten all of them. My only hope now is that long may this excellent service remain.”
