“This was an easy site to use, it guided you through a very easy menu, simple to put in the details, I cannot think of how they could make it easier, if you want to send a parcel this is the way to do it.”

“If you do not send out regular consignments abroad you do not usually have preferential rates , Interparcel is a great service where you have an instant quote, choice of services and couriers all in one go . therefore you can save both time and money. What could be better !”

“I urgently needed to send a supply of booklets to the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham which needed to be there by mid-day next day. As the next day was a Saturday, TNT provided the best terms and price. In fact, the parcel arrived at 0830 on the Saturday which was even better than hoped for.”

“I have been using Interparcel for the past 1.5 years for my small craft business and so far the service has been excellent - really competitive rates and no hidden fees. UPS is normally my preferable courier as they are quick and their customer service is excellent. I only had a couple of issues with them; products arrived to my customers slightly damaged which was a bit annoying but overall it's a percentage that not worries me. Interparcel dealt with the situation pretty quickly. Rather than trying to get me to solve the insurance payment with UPS - which I was cynically expecting - they issued it within a week of my complaint.”

“As brokers go, Interparcel are simply the best. Couriers on the other had do vary and you get what you are paying for, but the Interparcel own services which are run by UPS are simply the best, unless I am mistaken UPS are the only courier that employ long term permanent staff rather than using contractors and it shows.”

“This is an update to my original 1* review, which is still quoted below. After City Link failed to show up 3 days running, I tried booking directly with myHermes - who also failed to show! So in desperation I came back to Interparcel, and while browsing the options on offer I noticed that Interparcel's own-brand offering was actually fulfilled by UPS for only pennies more than the City Link fee. UPS found us without problem on Friday, and the parcel is showing as delivered at midday today (Monday) - at last! So I know what to do in future - I will use Interparcel's own-brand service every time. Previous review: ============================================================= Booked a collection via City Link to return a package to an Amazon seller. Stayed in all Monday - nobody showed up. Went on-line and found that collection was allegedly attempted at 10:34. It wasn't. The first of many on-line chats ensued. Collection was re-arranged for Tuesday and a contact number given. By midday I was a bit concerned, so checked on-line - "collection attempted at 10:37". No it wasn't! Contacted on-line chat yet again to complain - they just disconnected me! This has happened twice so far. Tried again and was told that the collection had been re-arranged for that afternoon. After a few hours I was concerned that the web site did not show any update, so tried another chat. Seems the previous operator had lied (am I allowed to say that?) and nothing had been arranged. Third attempt at collection will now be tomorrow, but whether it actually happens or not I certainly won't be using this service again. When you're dealing with a middle-man you just don't know who is misleading who. Doesn't really matter - the effect is the same, total aggravation. Update: City Link - three strikes and you're out! Claimed that they attempted collection for the third time today - THEY DID NOT! I even checked that our entryphone system was working, and they had my mobile number this time. I feel sorry for Interparcel as the real villains are City Link, so I'm changing the title of my review. Still one star though, and would be none if the system allowed it.”
