“A problem was encountered placing an order using Paypal for the payment. The payment was taken but the order was not confirmed. I contacted Interparcel by phone and spoke to Louana who arranged for PayPal to refund the payment very promptly. The 'good' rating reflects her efficient response to resolve problem. “We use Interparcel frequently and don't generally have any issues, we had a delay on a timed delivery recently but a call to the helpline was followed up swiftly by James Giffen via email and was resolved swiftly and we received a prompt refund. We will continue to use Interparcel for our small parcel despatches, competitive prices and this swift response to a problem are both factors in their favour. Andy, @Northerntrack.”

“Easy to use web site , works well for us. The "chat" doesnt seem to be working ?or if it does I can find how to use it. I asked for some help on the phone to check when a parcel would be delivered as i couldnt see any info apart from colection details and Nicole Rowland was very helpful , and she emailed me back with the info I needed.”

“I had a problem when your server was apparently down and I tried twice to get my parcel sent. Much later that day an order confirmation came and I was concerned that it had debited my account twice. Tasha promptly dealt with my case and reassured me that my card had only been debited once. My concerns were quickly sorted.”
