“Appalling company. they offer the worst customer service and their tracking link is beyond useless. They take absolutely no responsibility if your parcel does not get delivered due to you foolishly following their tracking stating the parcel is still in transit when in actual fact it is waiting for the customer to pay the import duty. Avoid!”

“Awful service. Kayak and paddle both broken. Customer service not interested. They trick you into insuring goods but then they will never honour it. STAY AWAY. This may sound cheap but for a good reason. You don't even get what you paid for. Your parcel will be thrown around and kicked by loads of people before getting to you . With me, excuse was you should have placed Kayak in a double walled box 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬. Pay a bit more and use a decent company.”

“was due to be delivered Tues and looked online to see what time but was informed it had been delivered Monday 1.18pm but we were here and no doorbell ring and no note left - cannot be left on doorstep as on main road - therefore had to wait in until delivery - which came would be handy to have 2hr slot given online”

“Three times my parcel was not collected on the arranged date at my home. I rang interparcel each time , but their promises never were kept. Eventually I deposited the parcel myself to the nearest pickup point. The parcel took more than two weeks to be delivered.”
