“Absolutely superb company, have never found fault with their customer service or the day-to-day operation of their website. Perhaps not always the cheapest, but without question there is no online courier service provider that beats them for quality of service. There have been occasions where things have not gone as smoothly as hoped, due to the actions of third parties, but the assistance and problem resolution in these instances has always been second to none, probably because they don't cut corners like some competitors. Think British Airways, as opposed to Ryanair”

“Had no idea that they don't send to PO Box addresses, but okay that may be my thought. But when tracking, I noticed that my parcel wasn't being sent for two days. When I called up, they told me it's because of me sending to a PO Box address. Well, how about informing me before or at least when this error occurred? Had I not called, they would have never even contacted me. Very poor customer service.”

“I have been using Interparcel for years as my preferred UK & Europe shipping agency. Mostly I pick the same UPS service and the cost is competitive with other sites I have looked at - though not on US & Canada routes. Whenever their has been a problem (sometimes my own mistake) their customer service has been quick, professional and courteous. Interparcel has helped my e-commerce business massively and I would recommend them to anyone.”

“A catalogue of errors from 7/2/14 to now. This has been going on for ages and still unresolved. Afraid I can't waste any more time on Interparcel/Citylink any more. There is approx 20 emails back & forth trying to resolve this to no avail. I know what will happen, as before, Interparcel will reply saying please contact Sam Kennard, Customer Service Team Manager, and they in turn will say it is Citylink. They've lost two of my parcels after many no-show collections. Poor show Interparcel!”

“Since the post office done away with their standard parcel delivery I have used inter parcel and the service has been amazing. Never once has a parcel been lost or damaged and the delivery is super fast. The website to book parcels is extremely easy. Also they pick up on the day they give you.”
