“This is the first time I have used a courier. My recipient reports excellent quick delivery. Couldn't be easier dropping my parcel off at the little shop at the end of my road. No more queueing at a Post Office for me!”

“I have used Interparcel many times and have never had a problem. They provide a brilliant service, even if you don't have a printer or are paying for a package to be picked up from an address other than your own as you can choose a service where the driver provides the address labels. I would have no hesitation in using them again and willingly recommend them to all.”

“I have used them now for quite a while, and I am very happy with the way they operate. The service is second to none. If there is a problem its always been sorted in good time. I find it easy to contact them when I need to. You get a real person to talk to, and they are very helpfull and understanding. The website is very easy to use as well.”

“too soon to request this. just paid. was not easy. do not accept discover card for payment. slow slow slow stupid stupid stupid. saving grace? competition is worse. I have 60 cased singer portable sewing machines at various locations in uk. mostly south of derby. “I used this service for the first time yesterday and was very impressed by them. The ease of use of their web site is very impressive from start ot finish,everything is easy to follow. Payment options are also very good. They aslo keep to within the collection times you state,if for some reason they are unable to do so they will contact you to inform you of this,and arrange another time slot for you.”

“Thanks to Interparcel who gives customers choices of services, convenient, fast and good value for money. In the past, we tried to get in touch with individual carriers like TNT and FedEx. They charge much higher and have to have certain amount of parcels every month, which we do not have. If we use Royal mail then we have to go to post office. So the interparcel is perfect for us. The online booking system is user friendly, it is useful to get actual quote if customers paying for the postage so we know exactly how much to charge. These individual carrier's website just give us zones, price on weight etc which was very complicated and not clearly how much we should pay. With your service, we do not hesitate to send parcels when needed, so you help customers' business grow so do wish your business grow with more customers using your service. Another good point is that you have someone at end of the telephone line to help when needed, other company with similar business does not have similar service or telephone number was hiding away. Anyway, I would recommend your service to anyone. Many thanks. Toys of Wood Oxford”
