“Hi, We are a new business which relies on sending all kinds of parcels and packages to many locations. We had an issue with one of our regular deliveries and received a direct email from Becky B at Interparcel. She helped us with a issue of delivery and insurance. She was very helpful and gave us directions on how to best sort out our problem. Without this great personal service we would not have been confident in carrying out this important delivery. Many thanks to Interparcel Claims Dept'”

“I would just like to say that i am extremly pleased with the service provided by Interparcel. I had a rather large and awkward sized parcel to send from the UK to Germany. I did everything on the web site which i found simple and easy to use. I was given a very good price with UPS transport and told it would take up to 2/4 days to deliver. The parcel was picked up from me 3 hrs after i had submitted the request on the web. I tracked the parcel daily on the sight given which again was simple and very informative. I received a text to say that it was deliverd 3 days after it was picked up from me. The only thing was the delivery address on tracking page was the wrong one. However when checking with the person i had sent it to they had received it ok. So the address thing was a technical error. So i would just like to say thank you and UPS for a fantastic service and i would definataly recommend you and use you again 😊👍.”

“I always use Interparcel and have always been very satisfied with their service. This week they have outperformed themselves when a parcel was not delivered correctly in Europe, and Jazz Wicker went out of her way to get the matter sorted. I will happily recommend Interparcel to others.”

“Easy to book, clear & concise information. Labels attached to emails almost instantaneously, but labels could be made larger. Other than that, an excellent service, have used a few times before & will continue to be my first option.”
