A few weeks ago I ordered the “limited edition” washed stone matching lounge set, a few days passed and I received the stone washed top but khaki bottoms! Im returning them as they don’t match but I still wanted the set so I ordered the black set instead hoping that would arrive without any problems. Today I received my parcel to the black pants and no top! I am absolutely furious with In The Style as I have used them for so long and recommend to so many people regularly! After my recent experience I will not be recommending to anyone or ordering again! My mum is on the high risk list during this pandemic she hasn’t been across the door and me and my dad have been shielding with her but I’m now having to go to the post office to return my incorrect orders and risk my mum for the sake of some clothes which if the order was correct in the first place I wouldn’t have to do this! I am absolutely furious and I’ve heard nothing back from my emails contacting the in the style team! I will not be using again

I purchased 'Nap Queen' pjs from the Jac Josa collab and honestly they are the thinnest pjs I've ever purchased. Just expensive priced up tat. Would not recommend. Will not order again.

If I could give less than 1 review I would. Awful site to order from. I ordered on May 20th and was given NO tracking information. Followed up and they told me my order was lost and they would issue an express package. Again had to follow up today, June 3rd where they told me it was lost again. Waiting for my refund now. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

They’re frauds - the dress I bought arrived and it’s got a different brand’s label on it! If they’re selling other brands products they should clearly state that, not fob us all off pretending it’s their own design. It was part of the Francesca Allen collab - as if they’d designed it together! No responses yet as to what’s going on.

I watched the television program ‘Breaking Fashion’ which largely featured In The Style. Frankly, I was disgusted with many aspects of this company. Firstly, I noticed that the boss (Adam) treated his employees badly, expecting unrealistic deadlines and managing to find a fault in whatever they did, despite poor conditions and general uselessness on his part. Also, during the series Adam stated that he wanted to challenge the ideas that the fast fashion industry was unsustainable and bad for the environment, however I saw no examples of doing this throughout the programs. The factory who produced the clothes often made mistakes, such as printing fabric in the wrong colour, resulting in the clothes being sent to landfill. An action which could have been avoided. The company attempted to cover up the overall cheapness with a glamorous filter of celebrities, social media, parties and flash, but I felt that they did not succeed.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. From the customer service to returns. You have to be very forceful to get a refund. Would never shop with them again. Truly disappointed ☹️ they do not even deserve one star -5 from me.

I purchased a lounge suit.. it arrived and was CROPPED..this was not in the listing description although a very important detail to not list! Returned this..my refund was ignored despite them receiving the return over a week before (I had it tracked) then they deducted over £7.50 of my refund for NO REASON! TOTALLY ILLEGAL TO MAKE DEDUCTIONS FOR A PERFECTLY FINE RETURNED ITEM, CLASSED AS GOODS NOT PURCHASED ARE ENTITLED TO FULL REFUND!! disgusting company!!

I haven’t received my package yet and it’s been 3 weeks since I ordered my shoes I’m waiting on 4 pair of shoes I want my shoes or my damn money back this doesn’t make any sense how people can do you I mean aleast try to reach out to people an let them know what’s going on never again please don’t anyone order off this website ever they are real scam people then I also paid for faster shipping still haven’t came so I want my money back plus my shipping money back

A returns period of 14 days given the current situation we find ourselves is a disgrace! The Govt. advise us to stay home!! Asos extended their returns period to 60 days. Zara extended theirs to 30 days after shops reopen. Why have In The Style made no adjustments for their customers? Not so much as a credit note is offered.

I ordered a quite a few items on the 16th April 2 weeks later I still hadn’t received the items. I checked my account and it had said shipped 16th April, but no shipping details were mentioned on my account nor was there a email to say it had been shipped therefore I doubt it had even been shipped. So I filled out the contact form, but heard nothing for 5 days I emailed again 3 more times in between these emails I had my daughter contact them thru Instagram and Twitter. They finally answered her thru Twitter 2 weeks later. They blamed the shipping company, a shipping company I doubt even existed. So they don’t have 3/4 of my order therefore out of the order all they have in stock is 2 items which they said they’d post out.......Still waiting...... I recommend you stay away from this company. They are a joke. They have no idea how to run a professional online shopping Site. I can’t believe I had to give 1 star they don’t deserve it....

I am waiting on 3 pairs of sandals that I ordered I got sent a confirmation email saying they are preparing them to be shipped and it’s week 3 and I haven’t heard anything else back I want a refund at this point

I don't even know where to start. I follow the celebrities on IG and they really sell the clothes! Thought I would treat myself. £50 later it says on the website 'spend an extra £19 & get free NEXT day delivery'. So I did to then recieve an email saying it will arrive in 2-4 working days. I was more frustrated I spent the extra money when there was really no need to (kind of my fault for doing it and being impatient!) 2 days later, recieve a package from them, small package. It had 3 of the 5 clothes I had ordered. Straight away it was a bit annoying it wasn't all sent together. So I waited and 5 days had gone past. So I tried getting in contact, wondering where the rest of my order is. Then I get an email saying it's with the courier. OK. ANOTHER TWO DAYS LATER, I then get an email with your parcel has been 'signed and delivered for. I recieved that on my last two separate orders. I couldn't find the parcels anywhere and I definitely did not sign a thing! Trying to get hold of inthestyle is near on impossible. I filled in a contact form twice, emailed them so I ended up sending a message on FB. So I explain, she was helpful but she said that a refund is going into my account for 5 working days as they had ran out of stock on the joggers. Bearing in mind I received the matching top in the first parcel ffs. So I queried my daughters top. She was like, you definitely didn't receive a parcel? 🤦🏼‍♀️ anyway, she offered 30% off next shop. Will NOT be doing that. Asked for my email address to send me a 'missing items form' & I HAVE NO EMAIL 2 DAYS LATER. Absolutely awful. They still have my money. Tried to get hold of them 4 times. Didn't mention joggers were out of stock and getting refunded until I asked, still missing a top with no refund because I'm waiting to fill on a form. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, EFFORT OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY!!!

If I could give less than 1 star I would This company is a joke! They charge a substantial amount for poorly made, cheap clothing. They promote all their products through social media but when they arrive, they look completely different to what is advertised. They used celebrity endorsements to promote their business but again, the clothes do not match what they’re selling. When you return your order, they charge £2.50 as an admin fee!! It can also take up to 28 days for them to process the return!! Steer clear of these money grabbing people

I’ve tired to order from in the style three times recently, my first order turned up in bad condition (loose threading and a hole). The second never turned up due to a fault in the system which I only found out about because I chased it up. By this I mean I emailed their contact support three times and got ignored, I contacted their Instagram account and got a reply, the person I spoke to was very helpful but I still felt appalled. The third order I made was a new launch, I got on the site before 6, we’ll in time to get my order. I ordered them and got my confirmation email at 6pm on the dot. I’ve been waiting on this order since the 5th of May and I’ve had unhelpful customer service, mixed messages from their site and Instagram account. I got told my order was a pre-order, which I and they both know is not right. If they ran out of stock it was due to a fault on their end as I made my order at 6pm on the time of launch and they were not sold out until hours later. I am absolutely appalled and will not be ordering from there again. I have never experienced anything like it.

Thanks to all who stated your frustrations on the quality of refund, and most of all quality of the product s this company is selling. It looks pretty good on what I can see on their website. I am always paranoid about the quality when an item is less then $20 based on my previous experiences in online purchases! Thank you for all who stated honesty and telling people not to trust this company!
