“Only issue I had was product never turned up initially , made contact - was advised no stick until next week - my point no advice given Good response to my follow up and all worked out well in the finish Suggest prior advise of no stock would have been helpful”

“Service excellent - speedy delivery of good quality items. Good website (though not perfect - quite hard to find some items because of convoluted links) I will not, though, miss the opportunity to express my frustration with Pound for Dollar pricing of these products. It is very tempting to buy from the USA if the opportunity is there.”

“FRISTLY TRIED IN VAIN TO ORDER ONLINE COMPLETE AND UTTER ABORTION HOWEVER UPON CALLING FOUND TO BE VERY, VERY, HELPFUL AND KNOWLEGABLE GIVING ME MORE CONFIDENCE IN THE COMPANY. “Mask arrived this morning, so as yet I have not tried it out. To order, pay and delivery easy and convenient. Just one criticism, on the web sight I was convinced to order the mask by the video shown which said the mask would arrive with a dvd to explain how to use etc.”

“The site is very easy to use although there are no reviews of the Sleep Weaver anew full face mask that I purchased. Whilst this mask is very comfortable compared to the standard NHS offering there was no mention of the noise that is generated when using the mask. Adjusted properly there are few if any leaks but the sound of the air through the mask is louder than the hard plastic and silicon masks I have tried to date. Whilst my partner is quite tolerant it has taken a few days to get used to this. I would still rate this a very good mask.”
