“Everything fine except in the addressing of the package - and the mistakes in the typing of the label caused delay in our receipt of it. We were lucky that it was not actually returned to you as undeliverable. The address label was incorrectly spelt: 'dorreos' instead of correos perhaps did not matter too much but the box number of 36 instead of 336 was nearly fatal. Fortunately our local post office recognised our name! Nigel Robinson”

“The product itself is excellent with a much better design over the previous model which this replaces. Alas delivery was slower than I would have wished but I was kept informed of the fact that there were to be delays so there is no real complaint against this company”

“Whilst I can understand your no returns policy on masks if the bag is opened, it would be a help if you did not put the mask in another non see through bag inside the plastic bag. With this detail, there is no way of estabishing that the package contains the item you require without opening the plastic bag.”

“Although the delay in sending my order was short, an email to let me know would have been useful. Because I live in an apartment, there is nowhere for packages to be left, so need to know when to expect one! My local NHS hospital normally supply spares etc for my cpap but they have decided not to stock my model any longer, so am grateful to find you can help me - will be ordering from you again when needed.”

“The ordering process was easy and the item was despatched promptly and did arrive safely however I was a little disappointed with the packaging. The box was dinted when we picked it up from the parcel office but luckily the equipment inside was not damaged. I feel that for an item as expensive and delicate as this a piece of bubble wrap around the mask was not too much to ask for. Overall I would be happy to order from your site again as I will probably need replacement parts at some point in the future.”
