“Speed and quality of service was absolutely excellent. Products well described and great quality. As a first time user of CPAP machines I would have liked more explanation of what to expect. The manufacturers manuals and fitting guidance were quite good but ultimately it was difficulty to know if I had done everything correctly and the machine and mask were working as they were supposed to.”

“While the service is good the parts are on the expensive side. As a result I tend to use the products longer than intended. In your defense other makers are even more expensive, e.g. Air Products Ireland.”

“Goods are normally delivered very quickly - Xmas deliveries probably slowed this one. The facemasks are excellent for avoiding leakage through the mask.”

“The only thing I think woulöd great to improve is the cost of shipping now I a had friend i UK which is comining over to sweden so he will bringt with him so this time it was no problem but long term I will have to look at shipping cost more carefylly”

“Bought cpap and mask, fast service, helpful advice. Later I found another mask elsewhere, worked better for me. In process of returning mask for a refund, assuming all goes well I would be happy to recommend your company to any other apnea sufferer.”

“The item I usually order wasn't available and your agent recommended an alternative which has turned out to be excellent. However we had to have about 4 emails to find the size. It would have been simpler if he had just sent a copy of the relevant size change in response to my first email regarding size. The item arrived quickly in London, within 24 hours; in Ireland it takes a week to reach me. That's the postal service rather than you. Many thanks.”
