“The shipping cost sucks, yes, but the main point is that you can buy spot silver cheaper in bulk almost anywhere and not pay 7.50 In shipping. If the shipping wasn't so pricy I would consider the crates to be more worth the price you're paying. I'm happy with the products I've received and I understand that it's near impossible to sell at spot for a profit but when I'm receiving 20% less In dollar value than I could have paid spot, that is a problem. Good crate for beginners who just want to get in and start collecting metals.”
“I did this for 4 months and every month there was delays with shipping. I also looked up online how much i would have spent if i had bought the items on my own. Ultimately Investor crate was not worth the money to me. All the large bullion dealers offer free shipping over a certain amount purchased. Most start at 100 and free shipping but investor crate always charges 7.50 for shipping. I have shipped the same size boxes with tracking for 3-6. It seems like investor crate makes money on the shipping and their overpriced bullion. Their fire sale page is a joke. You need to pay $100 to have access to it but when it is available its still cheaper to buy the things from the online bullion websites. I gave them 4 months and it was a waste. Great concept but thats where it ends.”

However, I’m billed on the first but my crate isn’t sent out until the 15 ( if things go according to plan my first two shipments were delayed a week) during those 2-3 week that I’m waiting for the box to ship app prices can fluctuate so much. For this reason alone I’m canceling my service. They have a great Facebook page but I left a few questions on it and never got a reply. They respond to messages quickly but not things posted on their actual page.”

We truly apologize for the delays we had for the month of August. Please do not consider this an empty platitude as we pride ourselves on meeting deadlines, however, some wholesale orders coming from some of the Mints were delayed and this was extremely discouraging for us. This is due to the on-going pandemic and subsequent panic-buying it has caused. Please excuse these delays as this type of demand and volume is unprecedented in our industry.
