Lousy update. Cannot do purchase orders, difficult to navigate and incorrect data migrated. Will be shopping for another app

I've been using invoice to go since 2014. It was always super fast and easy to use especially when you fell behind on invoices for the month, playing catch up was made easy. Now with the new mandatory update all my data is skewed. Invoices that I marked as paid before the update are now all marked as unpaid.. Very unimpressed! Hopefully, you guys figure a proper integration of this new update that reflects how easy to use the the older version was. Frustrating now to waste my time trying to figure out how to check things properly and input data.

Using Invoice2go since 2012. New update is absolutely horrific. PayPal integration is still not working 6 weeks after the app was updated. Numerous calls to customer service line have been fruitless. Total failure.

Have used Invoice2go for a number of years; however, I am not impressed with the latest changes. Following the update I had to redo my invoice template. The data reports produced at the end of the financial year are amateurish to say the least and are incorrect. It seems that you are making changes for the sake of change. We certainly be reviewing my continued use of this system over the coming weeks.

Everything went wrong the previous version of invoice2go was perfect. This update or what ever they call it is absolutely a waste of time. I looked so professional before now I am the laughing stock. Tx for nothing Invoice 2 go as so many people wanted to use you whom I referred you to and I phoned all of them to say please don't use it is not the same product anymore. I am definitely canceling if this is not fixed. ALL OF THE FUNCTIONS BEFORE SHOULD BE ACCESSIBLE AS THAT IS WHAT I AM PAYING FOR!!!

Since change unusable. It was a good app before and offline method was just fine for me. I don't recommend for one man small business invoicing. History of inconsistent results on the updates.

I HATE the updated version. I used the old version for 2 yrs and lived it. New version is confusing, jumpy and slow. It won't let me add payment and send 'receipt' to client - it keeps resenting the invoice as if unpaid.....AAAAARRRRGGGGHHHH,!!

Old app was fine, they could of just added new bits. instead theyve redesigned the whole thing, removed stuff that was good/working and replaced with pointless and confusing parts.

They are fraudulent. Teamed up with Stripe Inc. Credit card fraud!!!!

Don't go near it, has caused me so many problems, it can't do basic things like show sub totals vat and totals.

My husband and I have had invoices to go for two years we were very happy with it until you changed things recently and the latest update is even more horrendous, cannot navigate through, can't figure out how to delete an invoice, I think it didn't even add part of my expenses; it is a nightmare. if it doesn't get straightened out I will be going elsewhere and so will my husband. Please go back to the old format many many many people are complaining and were happy before

Changed your app. Cannot and will not save invoices as I build them over for a couple day. Well not store information for more than eight hours. New system is horrible I want my money back

Absolute nightmare since June 17 update. Slowed my whole system down and using the program now is so infuriating. I will never manage to run my business with this app. Why oh why did they change things ??

The app was upgraded with the latest version and the settings for receiving payments on my behalf were activated and client payments were diverted to their account.This was never authorised by myself.I then get an email saying I must register all my personal and banking details with a sub organization for me to be paid my money less their costs which will take 7 to 10 days.I managed to get the payment refunded to my client but he is still awaiting the funds in his account a week later and I won't be paid by him until he receives cleared funds. Total scam.

I've been trying to cancel my subscription for weeks now, this is after cancelling a year ago! Apparently this cancellation didn't go through..so they have now taken another $99 from my account. I have tried to contact them but no response. They send emails with links to cancel that don't work, very sneaky. Really disappointing that they do not seem to have any kind of customer service! Good luck contacting them if anything goes wrong!

I've experienced the same problem. Their payment system unknowingly to me was tagged on an invoice sent to a customer of mine. I didn't sign to take card payments yet Stripe prcocessed the card payment. I am still 12 days later trying to get MY money back to my customer. They say I can have MY money back if I sign up to Stripe and the also have the audacity to take a charge for handling. I'm totally disgusted with both Stripe and Invoices2go.

I too have fallen foul of the card payment system, which I did not set up on my invoices2go account or want to offer my customers. Unknowing to me Stripe attached the payment system to my last invoice to a customer. Sadly my customer paid on a card and not by bank transfer as I had requested. Don't ask me how as the account wasn't set up to take card payments Stripe took the payment and now demanding that I complete a form of personal details before they will release my money minus a commission for handling it. Even though 10 days ago Invoices2go instructed me how to send the payment back to my customers card, It now seems I still have to sign up with Stripe before I can get my money. I am one very uphappy, frustrated and angry customer who will not be using Invoices2go ever again.

Very very bad.They started diverting customer payments to their own payment structure and tried to get me to sign up to their payment system to recieve MY money.They claim I changed settings to allow them to do this which is absolute BS. Dodgy Dodgy Dodgy.
