“Love the glass traveller - this purchase was 2 replacement lids as I have a tendency to drop them... but it's worth it as this is the only keep cup I would consider using.”

“Very happy to purchase a large umbrella with UV protection for my daughter who is prone to skin cancers - could not find anything similar here in Townsville where they are greatly needed. Reasonably priced, apparently robust and easy to manage (unlike some umbrellas which are quite difficult to open/close). Unusual upside-down design is very practical and the black-cockatoo print is striking and appropriate for this city where they are a common sight! Safely and securely delivered within 8 days of order.”

“Package arrived damaged... Like torn open and repackaged damaged. The drink bottle was dusty in its box and I expected better from the cutlery set. It appears flimsy and is loose. Eager to try the reuseable wrap though and see if it works better than wax.”

Hi Steph, Thanks for the feedback. This is very strange as we pride ourselves on presenting our products well. It sounds like your shipment has been damaged in transit in the Australia Post system. If a parcel breaks open, they will attempt to close it up again and complete the shipment. I apologise this has happened to you and unfortunately we cannot control this. “I really love the umbrellas and so did the gift recipients they are unusually and very good quality. However the three stars are because they took two weeks from ordering. We are 4 km away! It took over a week to despatch. Much too long. They need to work on that I had a deadline for the gifts and was wrapping as I walked out the door!”

“Good designs but didn't pay straight away and always use the slowest form of postage which doesn't help when you live on the other side of the country (even before Aust Post delays took forever) They didn't post as soon as I ordered and when I chased it up said they would send by rush, been almost two weeks and still not here, obviously didn't send it express afterall. Then they ask for a review before the order had even arrived.”

Hello Kaylene, Thanks for your review. I know you have had many orders with us, so great to see you back again. I know you chatted with Ariane, who mentioned we were inundated with orders, and she popped your order to the top of the cue to get it to you ASAP :) We do use Australia Post to get your order to WA. We have great rates with Australia Post, which allows us to either subsidies your freight or extend FREE Shipping. Couriers are much more expensive, which wouldn't give us this flexibility. WA freight is a real struggle lately, and I know Australia Post is trying to resolve this. I am sorry it took longer to get to you this time. We wish you a wonderful Christmas and New Year. “Finally received my order and wow! These glass coffee cups are the absolutely stunning and beautiful. The travelling zipped pouches are fantastic. As these are for Christmas gifts, I will certainly be purchasing for myself too. I also love the free gift I received with my order.”
