“Beautiful products and efficient service which is not a given these days! I had a problem with one of the three items I purchased and it was handled smoothly and efficiently which means I would most likely be a return customer.”

“I absolutly love the cutlery set i purchased I had one before this but airport security had to take it. My brst advise is to.put it in your checker luggage”

“I have made 2 separate purchases from Ioco. All products are of high quality. I am extremely impressed with the all-glass coffee reusable cups - I have the 8oz and now a 16oz. The protective sleeve is handy for travelling the cups. The baristas who have seen them are very impressed too! I also appreciate that you can buy lids separately. I had one incorrect order that was sorted out quickly - really appreciated that.”

“The reason why I had to buy a new rubber ring for our (new) glass coffee mug is that it leaks. We thought it might be a dodgy rubber ring so I found out that I could buy a new rubber ring. $8.95 delivery! It cost IOco $2.20 and an envelope. And the new ring leaks as well.”
