Seeing as I am still waiting for a reply to an email I sent you 7 days ago and so far have had no satisfaction on an on-going problem which I have telephoned and e-mailed in excess of 20 times about I rate your company as one of the worst I have ever dealt with. I wrote to your Chairman and CEO and Operations Director a week ago and they have all ignored me as well! Not a good time to ask me my opinion. Do I win £50?

CONSIGNMENT WAS DUE FOR DELIVERY 19/20TH JUNE ,IT ACTUALLY ARRIVED 25/6 WITH "C/FWD NO ITEMS DUE FOR DELIVERY ", MY SUPPLIER COULD HAVE WALKED HERE QUICKER WITH IT!

When the driver delivered my item ( a small chest of Drawers) , instead of gently placing it one the ground, he merely dumped it. The chest of drawers arrived completly broken and un-usable with a big hole on one side and given my the way it was carried to my door, I can only imgaine it received further damange whilst in transit and being moved around by your staff. The seller is now trying to claim to get the cost of this covered. Worse still, I am 9 month pregnant, the driver didn't even offer to lift this heavy item up the stepes for me. I had to do it myself which was very difficult. Appaling service I'm afraid to say and I certainly would not choose to you you again. Hopefully we can get the cost of the broken furniture covered and thankfully I didn't do myself any damage lifting it.

The service was very very disappointing, I just think I post parcel does not care about their customer and I am just wondering if I will come back again!

'Never Again' I thought I would give 'Parcel Pete' a go since they offered a delivery slot and to print labels. I made two collections online the first one of which went well and the parcel duly arrived after the weekend. So far, three weeks later the second parcel has yet to be picked up. Whilst this is annoying enough, getting a response from the customer services is even more exasperating with no contact other than an online form. After paying over £11.00 to have labels printed and an after 1300 slot the delivery driver arrived before 1230 and left a card to say that he had been; the card had no time on it. The person from whom the parcel was being collected arrived home at 1230 and called me at 1240 to say what had happened. I contacted customer services who came back to me. I explained that the next collection could not be until 10 days later. Still they attempted to collect the parcel twice - but not on the day I had requested. I am still to hear back from them. I will in future stick with Parcel2go; lesson learned!

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!! Parcel was due for collection yesterday, confirmed by email and online tracking. No collection was made, now apparently scheduled for collection today. No reply to online query other than automated response. I am currently on telephone call which is now 6.03 minutes long and I have just had message saying there are currently 24 calls ahead of me. And I have now been cut off!!!!

Parcel collected on Thursday paid extra for Saturday delivery and it didn't get delivered till Monday. Not good service

The service was absolutely awful firstly the parcel was not picked on time and the the driver came back at a time when the customer was at work we had payed extra for a specific time slot which was not adhered to the when finally the parcel arrived it was damaged the box had been kicked as you could see clearly the footprint and where a hole in the box had been kicked in and the saddles inside on of them was scuffed where it had been kicked and I can say for sure I will not be using this service ever again

I've had endless issues with iPostParcels, from parcels not being collected, to 24 hour delays with no reasons, poor customer support and also be aware there is no telephone number for them, so you can only get in touch via email which takes around 24 hours to reply. Would avoid with all costs and glad to never have to use them again.

hello, i want to say the ipost pepoele have not so good busines company. i made the order when i go to the topcashback internet and i make some wrong mistake made to order and ipost faq say is not a possible to make some change my order. i send email for them to ask order is change and now it is to wait for email at for ipost to say ok my order for change. i am sorry for i comprehend i have not so good english. i want to speak with these busines. i think it is they rip off for me and other pepoele. post office yes is more expensive money but i think is service more happy for many of the custemor pepoele . why ipost so bad for the busines servicing? why they are not have a telephone? (as well, why i am so bad in english... acha!)

DO NOT USE this company. my 1st time trying i-post (via topcashback). what a complete waste of time! went thru lengthy registration process and booked two parcels, selected credit card payment, website took me to paypal and said problem with my order. i did not select paypal. I tried again, selected credit card payment, re-entered details, same problem, went straight to paypal. i did not select paypal. I am going back to Interparcel and highly recommend them. DO NOTuse i-post unless you want a frustrating and fruitless experience. I have wasted over an hour and now have to start again with my previous FABULOUS courier service from Interparcel. Highly recommended Interparcel. Will be complaining to topcashback about the i-post shabby service. they don't even have a phone number, only a vague within 3 hours reply to when they get your email. VERY VERY POOR INDEED.

I booked online on the friday for collection and delivery. I paid via paypal, my money was taken. Monday between 8.am and 18.00pm was the time frame given in my confirmation email. So i made sure i would be in ALL day long. having rearranged a few appointments. No sign of a driver and its 18.53pm Having just call the customer service department based in milton keynes they could not tell my as to why my parcel was not collected, and thought i would be happy to rearrange another collection and delivery date. Not good enough. this was a very important parcel which i have now got to pay for a special delivery service. not to mention a complete day wasted waiting for this shoddy service company to fob me off. I will never recommend this company as a service provider, but i will however make sure to tell people what a very shoddy outfit they are. very unhappy customer, essex

Whatever you may be sending take the time to read the terms,you will find it hard to find anything that is covered for damage. Annoying as when booking it doesn't reject your insurance fee. The eBay upload tool also includes the postage in total value increasing the insurance price but when damage occurs the insurance is worthless

I received my parcel with 2 of the Mugs inside broken!!! So not impressed with your service! The mugs were wrapped inside bubble so should not have been broken unless the parcel had been thrown around

Extremely poor service - the packet was to have been collected on 11 June and delivered as next day delivery. But I had to wait for it till 18th June. Never will i use your services.

I have not received the parcel,. The first that I knew anything about this parcel is when I received and E-Mail asking me to come here and write a review. I have asked the householders at the bottom of our drive if they had accepted any parcels addressed to me. They informed me that the delivery driver was given clear directions at the their house at the bottom of the drive yesterday. But I have not been able to locate the parcel, or anything informing me that a delivery attempt has been made.

Very poor, my delivery was 4 days late, the communication getting back to me was dier and overallwas a very poor performance and i will never be using you again.

BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE THEY DON'T TAKE CARE OF YOUR ITEMS I have just returned from holiday today and called at my office to collect the delivery ipost parcels made last Wednesday 11th June 14 upon opening the parcel (a speaker cabinet) I find that it has was very badly broken (looks like it has been dropped) it was well wrapped in bubble wrap and also marked as fragile, the cabinet is broken and cracked also a volume control knob has been broken off. I am a very unhappy customer. Andrew Thacker.

Very poor service charged me twice but did not refund,no phone number to contact them only via email which they don't answer and the driver failed to collect my parcel which lost me a vauable customer beware of this cowboy outfit will never use again

Despite the parcel having many prominent Fragile stickers all over it, it was thrown over a high gate with concrete either side and consequently the contents (glass bottles) smashed and were ruined. This was a present and the dispatching company could not resend the delivery in time, therefore I am extremely disappointed and dismayed that your delivery drivers can be so careless.
