Don't ever use these people. I booked a next day 8 am - 6pm pick up. No one came. Three emails later two of which cancelling the pick up as it is now too late and I have had to make alternate arrangements, I have been told they will pick the parcel up between 23.38 and 00.38 ( are they mad). 36 hours late and they offer that time! Can you contact them- NO. A totally rubbish service and I'm concerned I won't get my money back.

I paid to have next day delivery by 1pm, so package should have been delivered last Friday by 1pm. The package was not delivered until Monday afternoon. I never received any notice from you, either, that the package was late.

Driver signed for my parcel himself...dont know where it was left but no one was in...I was at work when I supposedly signed and of course Signature isnt mine

Driver thrown my package over my side gate of my house, without permission. The package clearly stated not to be left outside. It rained all day. And to make it worse my dog tore the package apart and ate the contents. Which was specially design chocolate favours for my wedding, that is in 10 days time.(it took the guts of a month to make). My dog is now at the vets ,extremely sick as a result.

The parcel was left outside my back door, in plain sight, in the rain. There are plenty of places in my back yard it could be hidden and protected from the weather and both of my neighbours were in yesterday. As a result, I now have a soaking wet item. Very poor service

I sent an item 'insured' when it arrived smashed to pieces (despite being really well packed and labeled fragile/this way up) the company refused to pay up which left me £300 out of pocket! I am currently seeking legal advice. I will never use again BEWARE terrible company.

What a service parcel still not delivered a week on the contact process is a waste of time there are far better delivery companies out there. style"n"steel ltd

Shocking customer service, Firstly I didn't receive a text to tell me my allocated time slot for delivery. Because of this I missed the delivery by 10 minutes, I called the company straight away (with difficulty trying to find a phone no) . And they refused to ask the driver to come back to re deliver. Was told it was up to me to find out my time slot. I explained that I work and took time off work to hopefully catch the delivery. As no other day was suitable because I would be at work. I was then told they will only hold the parcel for 5 days or I had to drive to 25 miles away to nearest depot to collect it. Very poor service and I hope I don't have to deal with this company again.

The parcel have not been collected on a day which was supposed to. Also I paid £2 extra for it to be collected between 1-6 pm. Not only the driver has not turned up he collected parcel the following day in the morning which wasn't between 1-6. I have emailed you twice and on both occasions you didn't bother to reply. Very dissapointed and won't be using you again which is a shame as I have recently set up my own business and will be sending parcels all the time. I rather choose someone more reliable with a better customer service. Certainly would not reccomend you!!!!

Well they sent me an email saying they would be at mine to collect between 8am and 6pm and turned up at 7.15pm!! The driver was rude and said u should have had an email saying I was here between 6 and 7. Then the ladies parcel was delivered at 8pm instead of between 10.39 and 11.39am like the email said. So to be honest I won't be using again poor service, rude drivers not worth the hassle!

My instructions to the delivery man were totally ignored. They claimed that had tried to deliver at 10 am, and we were in, so that was incorrect. Also there was no card to say they had been and attempted to deliver, hence I had no card to present when I collected at the depot. Would try to avoid using this company.

MY PARCEL HAS NOT ARRIVED. THERE IS NO 'TRIED TO DELIVER' NOTE THROUGH MY DOOR AND NO PARCEL.

never received my parcel, informed uk mail and local courier that I was going on holiday and arranged for parcel to to held at local delivery office of Cooper Carriers(subcontracted by ukmail) Driver delivered to my address even though house locked and no-one in. He got a signature from some unknown person and when I went to collect on way home from holiday I was told parcel was not there, driver had delivered. No idea who has got my parcel!

I book a parcel to be collected on 27/05/14 and delivered to me on 28/05/14.today is 29/05/15 and parcel still no collected.I send 2 messages to customer services .they replied with a payed phone number for me to call to resolve the problem.it take me 30 minutes to get true .problem is still not resolved.looks like they are making more money from complaining customers over the phone than delivering parcels.not happy at all.

The drivers did not take care of the boxes. The items where broken because they banged it!! I saw it when they pulled it off from the truck.

An abject failure from many aspects. 1. I received someone else's documents with my consignment number on and the originating post code didn't even send them! 2. I did not receive my parcel and don't know what is happening. 3. I find that I am unable to access a consignment in progress to make any amendments, such as collection date change, should a problem crop up. kind regards

The driver who delivered my parcel did not wait for me to answer the door, he just knocked then preceded to walk around the side of my house and dump my parcel on the patio. As he passed me, obviously in a hurry, he said, 'I didn't think you were in so I put it around the back'. I know this was not true, as I actually saw him knock on my door and walk away without waiting. An apology would have been nice. However, the most worrying thing is that my parcel was of some value and needed to be signed for. When I tracked this on the company website, it said that the parcel had been signed for and gave that day's date. WHO SIGNED FOR THIS PARCEL? Certainly not me or anyone I know! I have informed the e bay seller who sent it, as I could easily have said it had not arrived or made a fuss about it being damaged by rain. as it was left out in the elements. I know this could have been a one off and down to an individual driver but signed for items should be signed for by the recipient.

Scheduled for Wednesday for which an extra £2 was paid to enable a morning pick-up 8-1 then having waited in all day it was eventually picked-up on Friday, enabling a Monday delivery. Both customers unhappy with service and I have not received feedback to date regarding my enquiry.
