I was left the parcel around the back of my house. When I returned home I didn't need to open it to know the glass was broken as I could hear it was smashed to bits. Ref. 1525621

Disgraceful...one item of small furniture arrived smashed up over a month ago ...made complaint ans requested compensation...never heard back from you.....and yesterday two small side tables arrived damaged..would not use you again unless you compensate and address issues properly

The first time they were on time to collect my parcels - they were four parcels collected at the very end of the day, 5.45pm, still need to be delivered so I'm not sure how they will get to international destination. Then yesterday, after I paid extra to let the parcel be collected between 8am-1pm, they didn't show up. I had to catch a flight at 4pm and leave the Country for two months so I left the parcel at my neighbour, but they didn't come to collect the parcel the all day. Not only I had waste all morning home, now I even have to bother my neighbour to be home in the next days HOPING that somebody will come and collect it. I'm now trying to get in touch with them and it is impossible to talk to somebody, the on-line form is terrible and it is not accepting my real order number, so only a waste of time and money. It is cheaper than others but now it is clear why it is. BETTER TO SPEND SOME EXTRA MONEY USING ANOTHER COMPANY!

I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY PARCEL TO BE COLLECTED IT WAS MEANT TO BE COLLECTED ON THURSDAY 10TH APRIL BETWEEN 8-1 WHICH I MIGHT ADD I PAID EXTRA FOR,IT IS THE 2ND TIME I HAVE USED THE COMPANY THE 1ST TIME THE PARCEL WAS COLLECTED A DAY LATE AS WELL BUT THOUGHT WOULD GIVE IPOST THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT BUT I WILL DEFINALTY NOT BE USING YOU AGAIN.I WILL BE REQUESTING A REFUND FOR THE MONEY I PAID TO HAVE A TIME SLOT WHICH OF COURSE NEVER HAPPENED , I ALSO HAD EMAIL AFTER COMPLAINING YESTERDAY AND THEY SAID IT WOULD DEF BE PICKED UP TODAY IN THE TIME SLOT I REQUESTED AND NO SURPRISE IT STILL DIDNT I WILL DEFINALTY NOT BE RECOMMENDING OR USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN , SO PLEASE ALL STEER WELL CLEAR

EBay seller used these cowboys to deliver parcel to me. The only email I received off ipostparcels was for this review. I had no ETA emails so I could make sure someone was in. So the driver thought the intelligent thing to do would be to leave my parcel on the doorstep. I had no idea this had happened until a week later when I contacted eBay seller asking where my item was. It was left on the doorstep and subsequently stolen as my front door is in full view of anyone passing by as I don't have a front yard. Don't use these idiots!

got a parcel drop off we were not in so i got a card to say item over gate when i got back no item what was wrong with asking a neighbor and more to the point it was a calibrated item that he supposedly through over the gate

Package was dumped outside front door with zero warning in full view of any passer by. Absolute miracle it wasn't stolen. Shame on you. Total disgrace of a service.

Extremely poor service. Parcels did not come at the time that was paid for and overall was a very stressful experience. Thank god I had great communication from the person I bought from because your companies communication was shockingly awful. Will NEVER use again.

I arranged for a parcel to be collected from Skegness and delivered back to me. 3 emails (unanswered) and 4 phone calls later, it took a week for the collection to be made. VERY POOR SERVICE

If you believe you need to keep up your high standards you are very much mistaken. For you to get to the level of poor would be quite an achievement. Your website is appalling, unfriendly, and when needing to raise multiple issues against the same order/consignment it is not possible, Issues often take between 6-8 hours to respond to, and given the nature of your service, are responded to well after it is feasible to take any action on the issue. This often causes delays in picking up the consignment, and thus causing delays to the delivery. The service provided does not cover the items paid for, for example if you pay for a collection to be made between certain hours it takes 4 attempts for the courier to arrive within that given timeslot. All in all if there was a zero rating, for your service, I would be close to giving it.

My parcel of wedgwood dinner service arrived, with 2 broken plates, 4 broken glasses, 1 broken saucer, 1 broken serving plate, 1 broken teacup and 1 broken coffee cup. The driver was seen to stack the boxes even though they were marked with fragile do not stack. Devastated about the cost of replacement. Sally Riley

Very disappointed with the service I was provided! The courier had left my parcel in the alley next to my house? Lucky one of my neighbours saw it and delivered it to my house. Any random person walking through that alley could of taken it. I definitely won't be using your service if this is how you treat your parcels!

Still waiting for a response to emails (know they arrived as I have had the auto reply to say Customer Care Team will respond shortly) dated March 13th and on 25th twice, still waiting in hope. I have had polite and helpful service from the Agents that do work for iPost/UK Mail but nothing from iPost. It works great until you need to contact them about something.

Prices are pretty high. Very low cover included in price. I also paid extra to have item collected between 8am and 1pm and it was collected at 3.45pm. I have emailed them about a refund for the extra fees I paid for this collection time and have received no reply.

Pathetic service yet again (third time now),ordered an 8am-13.00 collection and they collected at 18.40 almost six hours late,not much use when we were not on the premises from 14.00,thats what a timed collection slot is for. Will not be using UK Fail / ipost any more due to this. Sending all my parcels via parcel2go.co.uk now,they collect ON TIME.

Booked pickup for Friday between 13:00 and 18:00, however they didn't turn up. Tried emailing them at 17:50, no answer! Called a number on Monday I found on the web site and was told they couldn't help but the the pickup had been rearranged for that day......unfortunately I was at work. Packaged finally picked up on Tuesday, therefore the delivery for my customer was 2 days late, not happy. Finally got a response to my email on Wednesday offering a 20% refund...a bit late I'd already given my customer a full refund on postage.
