i got text message telling about my parcel being delivered late and to ring you i did this and the person on the phone was very helpfull and rearanged my delivery for the next day first class servise cliff

Currently being investigated, the parcel should have been signed for and ipost parcels at present claim that I signed for when I have been working 120 miles form home all week, ad despite someone waiting at my house for them, no-one knocked and no-one signed anything!! No card left or any contact made, Appalling services so far

it was never delivered to 30 nabhill avenue, who ever delivered it did not even bothered in knocking at the door and said it was left outside the front door I do not have my parcel and im without 250+ pounds. get your drivers or delivery men sorted.

Parcel arrived the contents completely damaged and potentially unfixable on a bespoke vintage nest of tables. emailed Ipostparcel, still have had no response. Worst service Ive ever had, totally would NOT recommend

Never received good paid extra with eBay to make sure was delivered apparently left in porch however I have no porch!

Was told 5 days in a row that my parcel was going to arrive and nothing turnt up. Rang customers service several time not helpful atall and kept me on hold for nearly 3hr at one point I wouldn't mind but the delivery address was 2 miles from the depo just a all round bad service and customer care. Very very disappointed

supposed to have been delivered saturday. you didn't show up until monday. was a very impotant computer part. cost me money and time off not impressed.

My parcel never arrived despite what your system and driver claim. I checked with the neighbours you claim have my parcel and they have never seen it. I have phoned your call centre everyday for the last 2 weeks and despite numerous promises to rectify the issue the parcel is not in my possession. In short, your service is shocking.

Warning people! This company is going downhill rapidly, do not trust them to deliver your parcels. We have used ipost for many months and were very happy with the service until recently. We are now suffering a lot of slow deliveries and one of them is 10 days late in arriving at our customer and still has not arrived. We were assured by Setor at the ipost Milton Keynes depot it would arrive last week. He stated this on numerous occasions. They have not bothered to get back to us, we have had to keep contacting them and sat through hours of being put on hold. They have lied about the recipient not being in on the 27th June. This is confirmed by our parcel still not arriving and our customer not being contacted despite supplying ipost with his contact details. Our customer is fuming and the reputation of our business is being affected. The item is a high value unique product which means we cant replace it. Today I spoke to Hugh at Milton Keynes. I said I wanted to speak to a manager and was told to email. From recent experience I know emails are ignored. Hugh was very arrogant and obviously does not value the customers on which his wage depends. I am left with no options except to recoup my losses in a small claims court. I will not be using this poor excuse for a parcel company again and feel it is my obligation to warn people about what to expect from ipost parcels.

I have never seen such poor service, delivery was due on Saturday 21 June 2014, for which extra was charged. Item did not arrive until Tuesday 2 July 2014. I Post could not and would not explain why or how they were failing to deliver. Using their tracking service was beyond belief, item marked as delivered, and as delayed !! When the parcel finally arrived it looked as though it had been used as a football for all the time it had been held up by I post, luckily contents were in a metal case, so were ok. Based on this experience I will avoid I Post, and any one using their services, not worth the frustration or damage to goods.

Not amused with this service, I was home all day and when the parcel was delivered the guy didn't bother to knock on the door he just dumped it on the doorstep in the sun my parcel was a bulk order of nail polish for my buisness so not happy with it just being left like this! Plus the fact this could of been stolen will not use again

Paid additional cost for am collection and the parcel wasn't collected until the day after I had ordered it for totally unpleased with the service and very little communication and unable to speak to anyone apart from sending emails that stopped getting replied too.

Parcel was dumped on the floor next to the door, didn't even know it was there until we walked out the door in the morning. Shocking service, anyone could have picked up the parcel and walked away with it. Surprised you're not more bothered considering you're a new parcel service wanting to break even with companies like parcel force and royal mail.

I have recently sent 4 international parcels with this faceless organisation and on each occasion paid for the "express 3-4 day service". None of the deliveries made it within the 3-4 door window and 3 out of the four took at least 8 days. The latest is still missing and despite contacting customer service (this is non-existent) several times the parcel has still not been delivered after 14 days. Although ipostparcels is part of UK mail, you get a UK Mail consignment number and have to log in to the UK mail website for full tracking they will not talk to you about it. Ipostparcels do not have a phone number so it is all done via email which takes anything between 12 and 24 hours to get anything other than an auto response. All in all I would say that this is the worst parcel company I have experienced and would avoid them like the plague.

Paid extra to have a parcel picked up between 8am-1pm, and the driver didn't turn up until after 5pm, which meant the seller had to complete change his plans for the day to accommodate UKMail not turning up on time! I complained to UKMail who refunded me £2.40 with no explanation of why they didn't pick it up in the morning slot I paid for, or even an explanation. I'm not very happy as it seems impossible to get through to speak to anyone to resolve a problem, you need to rely on a contact form on their website. Not massively impressed and a high chance I won't use them again!

Please find below an e-mail I had from a client of mine from whom we had a parcel collected from. Please bear in mind that I paid an extra £1.99 to have labels brought on collection. Dear concours Robin, Bit of an issue with the delivery, it is on it's way but please see the email I've just sent to the courier company. I would like to make a complaint about one of your couriers who has just been to my address, 67 Enfield Road, fishponds, Bristol, BS16 3QA CONSIGNOR REF: 40328680968981 I have sold an item on eBay and the buyer arranged collection and told me the driver would have a label. He arrived, was very rude and aggressive and snatched the parcel saying he had no label and it would 'just get there okay'. I asked for a tracking or reference number and he refused so I said I wouldn't allow him to take the parcel. He started shouting at me from his van that he would mark it as a refused collection. I told him I was going to complain as he clearly had my details and the reference on his mobile device in the cab and a paper list. After a couple of minutes he said he did have a consignment number 'but not a tracking number you idiot, what are you talking about'. He gave me a paper receipt, 1321312, and drove away with the parcel in his cab with no label on. I am disgusted that you allow people like this to represent your company.
