The only good thing was that it arrived in the time frame given. The reason I'm giving an overall rating of poor is because your delivery person just knocked on my door, left parcel on the floor & was gone before I could answer the door. I live in a block of flats, so the parcel was relatively safe but there was no more than 5-10 seconds from the knock on my door, to me opening my door. I hope this is not how your delivery staff deliver all their parcels.

I was not home when it was delivered to my house. I do not know if it was just left outside or if some one singed for it. It was full of some very expensive things that earn me a wage. Although I found it safe inside the door which has to be opened by a key holder I have no idea how it got in.

I would like to apologise on behalf of ipostparcels for the below standard level of service on this occasion.

My item arrived damaged and leaking. The parcel was leather oil and the package was dripping oil. I was worried that other items in the post van may have the oil over them.

If you employ "mutes" then maybe make your customers aware of you doing your part for the community. If its just a case of foreign non English speaking staff the teach them basic commands of how to say hello and smile!

Item to be delivered was a mirror. Clearly marked GLASS and THIS WAY UP Care was NOT TAKEN as the mirror was delivered broken!!!!! It had been very well padded and looks as if it was lying down and something heavy was dropped onto it. Not impressed!!!!!

Box not delivered to correct address, Which has consequences for us as we are under contract to return within a specifed time from receipt. Box was said to be delivere yesterday at 3.57pm but at 10.47am the next day is still not with us. This is a shame as the last time this company delivered to us was impeccable & a massive improvement on the old couirers (My Hermes).

You sent an Email saying the parcel would be delivered between 14.17 and 15.17. I rushed home to get there at 13.40 and found the parcel on my doorstep.

I was emailed delivery of my parcel will be between 12.40 & 13.40. I tracked my parcel online & delivery was made at 12.38, which was untrue, my parcel was left on my door step at 17.10. , who ever delivered it did not knock or ring the bell , which I find amazing, just left there stupid. Email the night before said I would be contacted the following morning with a one hour timeslot. This did NOT happen, so waited in all morning for a delivery that was actually made in the afternoon

40328681693782 My Silver Cross pram worth £180 second hand sold to an ebayer was broken on delivery. I have photos before and after the delivery and the package had been severely crushed. I refunded the ebayer and had the pram returned to me using a more reliable courier. I would avoid Ipostparcels at all cost. The pram was robust and must have been treated very poorly during the delivery process. I believe ipostparcels may have driven over it as the pram frame was completely broken and can't be fixed. Don't use this company you will regret it! E Amos

I arrived home to find no sign of my parcel & no note. I checked the website and said it had been delivered and signed for by someone called 'Joey'. I have no idea who Joey is. I spoke to the other flats in my building and no one had signed for anything. I then had to knock on my neighbors on either side, flats and businesses who I have never spoken to. Eventually, after many door knocks, I found Joey and my parcel. It may be OK in the countryside to deliver parcels to neighbours, but in central London where nobody knows anybody, the receiver should be asked first if this is ok & if they have a preferred neighbour to deliver it to. Or at the very least, leave me a note and tell me where it has actually been delivered to! My parcel was worth over £100 and I may have never seen it again... Not a good service.

Unfortunately I was given no contact for you guys when I ordered my item from eBay to say I would not be in the day it arrived. However - and with respect as I understand sorting out re-delivery of an item must be frustrating or dropping it off at a depot - But an item I ordered from eBay - a 160 pound speaker - was left outside my door with nothing but my rather large and obvious green recycling bin over it. And it was raining. Needless to say the package was damp inside and out and could very easily have been stolen in my area. I don't really consider this appropriate delivery whilst it meant I could receive it that day. The item could very easily have been damaged and I'm unsure as I have not tested it yet. It could have been left with a neighbour or another outlet like a depot surely? Don't mean to sound moany. But if the item is damaged its contradictory to the delivery that day!

Hm let's see! The driver went to the wrong door (we have a house at the front, and a house door at the side, 2 separate houses, with the numbers visible on each door!) I saw the van pull up, he went to the neighbours door and not mine, he didn't even think to put a card through the door to say that it had been left at a neighbours house! If I wasn't in, then I would not have known if the delivery had been made or not! To top it off, I went straight to my neighbours door, which I knew was my parcel, as I was tracking the drivers drop offs, only then after turning his van around, he pulled up and said that it was at the neighbours...sorry but this is very poor service! It's called opening your EYES are seeing the CORRECT house number!

Delivered late, then wouldnt refund due to a "grace" period. Its either there for 9am, or its not.

Who ever the delivery driver was, they stuffed two car tyres between my car rear bumper and the garden fence, it did scuff the paintwork on the rear bumper, fortunately it polished out. I hate people that have no thought or respect for other peoples property, but to come from a delivery driver, shocking.

Probably not the delivery man's fault? but my item was broken? Perhaps the people that packaged it were to blame?
