“Not a great service. Delivered package to my next door neighbor rather than me. I was at home at the time. So not impressed.”

“Despite a good lead up to my delivery I was disappointed that the driver thought it was acceptable to leave my parcel outside my workplace despite being people in the building and 2 doorbells?”

“Driver had very little regard for the parcel that he was delivering. it was kicked across the car park, he then got back in the van to leave before i stopped him. disappointing service”

“Courier did knock on door, saw van pull up outside my house, waiting for knock on door wich didn't happen, van drove off I assumed delivery was for a neighbour, later in the day going outside to refuse bin found parcel outside the door. Appears couriers are now so rushed they can't be bothered to knock on doors and wait for an answer. To prove I was in,the van was outside my house at 10.55am, so obviously that's the time delivery was made. y routledge”

“On morning of delivery said I could give mobile number and driver would contact when almost at my address - utter waste of time. Driver didn't contact and delivered to a neighbour. What is the point?”

“The parcel was delivered, unfortunately to the wrong address in a different town. Had the postcode been used, the parcel would have arrived where it was intended. Not impressed.”

“He was going to leave heavy item next door did not knock on my door to check if i was home . left mattress at my gate had to drag in my self and he was on the phone from when he got out of the van till when he got back in complete numpty.”

“NOT HAPPY! I wasn't in when my parcel arrived so instead of leaving it with a neighbour and leaving me a note it was left outside my front door IN THE RAIN!!! it was also an electrical item (CD player) marked fragile so the only reason I rate it "poor" and not "very poor" is because the box protected it enough to not be completely ruined! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE iPOST!”

“Not happy with the driver I live in flats where I have to get the lift down to main door, the driver rang my buzzer,told me a parcel downstairs, I have difficulty moveing around, by the time I got downstairs the driver had gone, left a massive box outside, no signage, this box could of been stolen”

“The package was delivered early morning with an email advising a time sent at 5.50am. The package was not left in the agreed safe place as per my intructions, but left infront of my front door in full view of anyone passing. Had I been away that morning the box could have sat there all day at risk of being stolen. Would you have replaced the stolen items?”

“The driver left the parcel at 1pm outside the front door of my house leaving it on show to passers by. Fortunately upon arriving home at 4 pm the parcel was still there. I feel lucky to have received my parcel. The dispatch and delivery time frame was good. Thanks”
