“My item was damaged not much care has went into lifting and placing I don't have the time to do anything about it I need it now”

“I was disappointed in the service received. I paid for an am collection and this was not received. The postcode for delivery address was incorrect and although I raised a query via email I never received a response. Th customer services telephone service were very unhelpful and really uninterested in trying to resolve my questions.”

“I got a message today that my package has been delivered. I have no idea to whom. There was no notification in my postbox last night/this morning and I had not asked for the package to be delivered to a neighbour. In fact on the day of notification (yesterday morning) I asked for the package to be delivered to me one day later (today). I received confirmation that my request had been accepted. Then I got a message this morning asking me for feedback on a delivery I haven't received. I now have no idea where my package has been delivered and am waiting for your service centre to contact my on my mobile number to help me understand who signed for this at 5:30pm yesterday. I have no notification from any neighbour and while I do know some of my neighbours I don't know all of them.”

“Got an email saying that my parcel would be delivered. Used the website to say i would pick the parcel up. Get home to find parcel left exposed by the bin in the rain. Rubbish”

“I Found that your web page wasn't very good it was hard to find my order, and when I did it said they the Parcel was Picked up, and was due for delivery Thursday or Friday, and the Parcel came on the Monday, your driver was great very helpful,and I would of thought that because my Parcel was late you should of put my Parcel first drop, and not between 14.15 to 15.15, please sort your planners out. I do know what I'm talking about,as I've been in General Haulage for over 30 years.”

“Given a time window, it came and went. There were no further tracking updates after that, just an email pointing out the obvious. Afternoon wasted waiting in. Also requested a text message to notify me when I was the next drop, that never arrived either. Very poor service”

“Not a good service. We had the advice that parcel was to be delivered on that same day. We were not due back from Cornwall until next day evening which meant parcel in porch overnight. Fortunately it was not interfered with. Suggest driver leaves parcel with neighbour next time.”

“Item was delivered smashed. It was in bubble-wrap and then in a stout cardboard box. If it had been handled with care, it should have survived. Only reason I'm not giving Very Poor rating, is that sender could have used a little more bubble-wrap. Still, a poor service.”

“The parcel was left with the post room. When I collected it, although it looked fine on the outside, as soon as I picked it up I could hear that the contents were broken. In fairness it should have been packed a little better, however this had all the signs of being mis-handled despite the senders "please handle with care" written on it. The damage was so extensive that it certainly was NOT handled with any care. So I am sad to say I was not impressed at all.”

“Whilst the delivery was on time and the delivery man was very jolly he delivered the wrong package which was covered in a gooey sticky substance which covered my shirt on contact, rendering the shirt unwearable and thus I had to dispose of it . He got the right package after I called him back. The back of his van I suggest needs a jolly good clean out ! I am sorry to have to give this poor response to the otherwise faultless delivery , I have always had a very good service prior to this event !”

“There is a sign on my gate that says PLEASE CLOSE THE GATE - LOOSE DOGS. My dogs were loose and went to investigate the van. So the driver thought he would just drive down my drive and leave the gate open. My dogs got out and went to visit the caravan park next door. There is a very busy main road there. My dogs, including the mother of 10-day-old puppies, could very easily have been killed!!!!! At the time I was in plain sight in the garden. If he had hooted I would have come up to the gate or got the dogs inside.”

“I have chosen the service to save time. The website gave me wrong informations about the process of the driver. The email notification didnt work at all. The driver was not here in the planned time and my parcel i needed to take myself from the depot. I have paied to get my parcel from west to east london and to save the hours to travel there. At the end the service was pointless because ipostparcels waisted more of my time and finally money then i would have needed without them. Its a good idea for people who have a lot time. But the service they can offer via phone is very poor and the driver could not be contacted for hours.”

“Hi I appreciate the company from whom i bought the stuff. They used your services to deliver at my place. But i was very much disappointed with driver he came just one ring and kept the whole parcel out of the house. He did not wait to come some one outside and looked into parcel. He left outside and walk away so fast. As per terms and conditions he need to wait until customer check thier parcel. Also if some one else has picked up the parcel outside home n went away how we would know or he himself know that he kept some parcel? No sign no confirmation nothing. I must say driver did his task in very un professional way. Thanks Fatema”

“Driver knocked door, we have cctv so we could see him with parcel, by the time I had got to the door he had driven off,he didn't know if anyone was in or not. Poor service if you ask me.”
