Really bad service stayed in all day from work expected delivery between 3.45 and 4.45. Ended up being 7pm and they still tried to deliver next door.

The final collectin and delivery were first class and went extremely well. However, the pick up was 3 days late and as a result meant the weekend was included and the next day delivery became a 5 day delivery service. Driver 1 couldn't find the address - didn't bother to ask anyone or telephone , and just returned to the depot. One day lost. Driver 2 said there was no access and that it was locked. There are 2 entrances. The gate was unlocked to one. The other entrance is a vehicular lane. Again obviously the driver didn' t try to ask any neighbour or telephone. Again he returned empty handed to the depot. 3 more days lost. When requesting the online order, there is in fact nowhere to write direction details on how to get to the collection or delivery sites.

Never collected on they day the email and text said and because of that the parcel that should of been delivered Friday got delivered Monday even tho I paid for 24hr also they never contacted me when they never collected I had to get in touch with them the least I expected was a call saying sorry or a part refund as I wasn't getting 24hr delivery will never use again

Collection of the parcel was good, but delivery was poor. The parcel should have been delivered Saturday, but was delivered Monday. I received a message telling me the parcel would be delivered between 10am and 11am. I waited in all day for the parcel to arrive, but unknown to me and without a delivery note had been delivered neighbor.

I purchased the item and it was sent using a Saturday delivery (I have proof of this) as the item was for Fathers day and sadly the item was delayed for no apparent reason and then it was shipped on the Monday. I was extremely disappointed not to have my item in time for fathers day even though the sender did everything they possibly could and it was Ipostparcels.com problem. I tried numerous times on Saturday morning to call the branch where the item was said to be but to no avail. I got no answer and I called continuously from around 9am and gave up around 12 midday. No a happy customer at all!

Item was left just inside main communal door. We were away and had to ask a friend to travel to collect it and put it into our flat as we were away. This item could easily have been lost/stolen if we had not taken this action.

Not very happy parcel was not collected on the day it was due to. No reply to my complaint about it either. Don't think I will be using your company again now.

Paid for next day delivery received it 3 days later. Was a constant delay on my parcel. One being the delivery van had broken down. I'm sure they have more than one van. I understand these things happen but when you pay for next day delivery you expect it to come as you have paid the extra for that service.

Arrived home to find my delivery/parcel in the back garden, obviously thrown/dropped over the 6' high fence. Received a notification email just after 19:00 last night saying "Your parcel will be delivered between 09:24-10:24 today". The receipt of this email was some 9 or so hours after the stated time of delivery. Totally useless information. Fortunately the parcel was undamaged and had not been stolen from my back garden. As it was stated on the parcel "signature mandatory" I was very surprised to find the parcel in my back garden.

Driver arrived 1 hour early. Driver did not knock on door. Driver left parcel in non-secure porch. Luckily I was in and was able to retrieve parcel from porch.

Not impressed after checking video footage delivery driver left parcel in our adjoining hedge. I would have thought it would be better to try and see if a neighbour was available to receive the parcel. Kind regards Steve Trigg

The parcels were delivered to a neighbours house, but no card was put through the door to notify us. I had to look online for status and found the neighbours name and worked out where the parcels had been left

Driver rang ONCE ! Didn't wait for door to open , (my daughters were in and one of them in the hallway ) ,must have had the card written before getting out of his vehicle as it was through the letterbox and my parcel thrown over the garden gate before my daughter could answer the door , poor service really good job the parcel wasn't fragile !!

Should have been easy collection from Allianz Insurance reception but courier went to wrong collection point twice despite collection advise note giving full info and so ended collecting parcel several days late. When i queried this via phone they rang to advise local office to make sure driver visited right place but still message didn't get through. As i'd paid for next day delivery, this was very poor. I was due to receive it last Friday & instead i received following Tuesday. Not impressed!

I've used this company for quite sometimes; the staff at their Manchester are not kind. When dropping parcels, they make you wait for several minutes before they seem, they simply ignore you pretending to do something on their computers without even apologising. Although sending a parcel can be cheap but bear in mind that it can become very expensive if the customer is not present to receive the parcel. They only keep it for 3 to 5 days and they quick to return your parcel then charge you for the return fees which is almost equal to sending a parcel. They drivers are not good at collection goods when booked; they hardly turn to collect and put lie on their sheet/paperwork to say that they've been and attempted to collect. Regards!

THE DRIVER DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER COMING TO THE FLAT, INSTEAD HE DROPPED THE ITEM AT THE SECURITY OFFICE OF THE DEVELOPMENT.! I was home all day on the delivery day and had to make a trip next day to the security office to enquire if there was any delivery for me and that's when I accidentally came to know it has been delivered….!!

Your 1st June draw has passed, it goes to show you have not thoroughly run this review and sent to your customers. At times your service is very good and some other times below average and poor as the communication between your team is not happening. In this competitive market you have to improve otherwise you will lose customers to your competitors Regards

Parcel was due to be delivered june 4th, but never arrived. Only arrived june 9th after the sender chased on june 8th

Was told to expect delivery between 1 and 2oclock was told was running late but received parcel at 8/40 had half day off for nothing

I had left a note on my order for the parcel to be left in a box at the back of my house if I was not in. However I received notification my delivery would be 1st June however it did not arrive un til today my (2nd) and it had been left out in the rain by my front door. Luckily the contents were not damaged but the box had been out in the rain for some time.
