“My parcel was left on the doorstep, which is fine as it's a fairly safe secluded area. However, it contained a glass dressing table set, the tray of which was smashed to pieces. The parcel had been very well wrapped by the sender and marked 'fragile'. The box had a slit in one side which looked like it had been stabbed by something.”

“I received an email telling me my parcel had been delivered, when in fact it was still on the van. As a result I thought it had been delivered to wrong address and spoke to Sorting Office. They never got back to me and I had to go out. They then tried to deliver later that day when I was not in so had to go and pick up from sorting office. Not impressed at all.”

“A very poor service did not leave a note through the door I picked parcel up on the 18th from our small after they rang to say the parcel had been down there a few days so not happy with the service”

“My box was two days late for collection and three days late for delivery , next doors had my delivery and no note through my door to tell me where it was .”

“The driver did not bang on the door. My wife was home and could see the door. The sack in a big box was left beind our waste bin and a card put through the door. This meant my wife had to go out and move the heavy awkward shaped box. The delivery was great in that it was very quick but spoiled by not just knocking on the door.”

“Not collected on the Monday. Paid for next day delivery! didn't get it. No explanation offered or refund Messed the person about who I purchased the item on as he stayed in waiting on the Monday. Not happy at all Doubt I will get any form of response to this Review either - lets see”

“The delivery was estimated a time and was more than a hour late, and was told driver had problems. One of my three boxes was damaged prior to delivery like it had been dropped or frown around. Not very happy at all as could have damaged contence This was sent to me and I did not choose courier”

“I was given a delivery slot and the item was delivered early. Due to this the item was pushed through the letter box damaging the bag. As a result the item was stained.”

“Very disappointed. The actual delivery service was within the hour slot & driver very pleasant, however, the time slot allocated was at a time that was inconvienient so I opted to change the delivery online to collect from the depot next day. Unlike other delivery services, it would appear that the change delivery option is only for missed deliveries & not a 'live' service, and therefore was delivered to my home address not taken to the depot.”

“I was sent an e-mail prior to del saying would be del between 4-5pm on one day it was actually del 3 days later and left on doorstep? when I sent e-mail asking what had happened NO REPLY was the answer so you tell me if it was good service”

“I received an email to advise the parcel would be delivered between 11.25 & 12.25. It didn't. At 1pm I received a further email to advise the driver had been delayed and the parcel would be delivered shortly. I heard nothing else and it was eventually delivered at 8pm! This was fine except I had waited in all day to receive the delivery.”
