As the email did not mention what was in the parcel you were delivering - or even what company was sending the parcel, I had no idea who you were, and as I was not expecting a parcel on that day and you asked for my phone number, I thought - especially when the item was not delivered until some hours after the stated time gap - I thought the email was a trojan or other virus delivering con, so I did not send my phone number. However the time between my order being taken and the actual delivery day was much faster than I expected, but I think that's down to the firm I ordered from being so quick to get it in the post. I had never heard of your postal company before, and your company name is totally different to your email address, so I suggest you find some way of reassuring customers that you are not a virus delivery system, intending to screw up their precious phones... just an idea. I had to wait over a week for the parcel to be collected from the merchant (MTS) the merchant blamed the courier! When it was finally collected by ipost the service was very good delivered the next day in the allotted tine frame

It has on the packaging next day service and it was paid for as next day service but I did not recieve it until the following Monday not happy at all. Dont take money or offer a service if you cannot provide this service

We received an e.mail stating that the parcel would be delivered betweet 17.11 and 18.11. We waited and waited until 18.30 before going home as we were very hungry. Having been at work since 8 am. The following day, The Centre Manager told us he had a parcel for us and that is was delivered to his office at approx 15.45. He took the parcel and then went off to a meeting and did not think to tell us the parcel was in his office. We sat in our office until 18.30 waiting for the parcel unaware that it was in the building. We were going by the information on the e.mail from you which said that the parcel would be delivered between 17.11 and 18.11. The status did not change to inform us that the parcel had in fact been delivered. This would have been very helpful.

The parcel was left on doorstep. Should have had a signature and could easily have been stolen. (£300 rug). Sadly, the wrong rug was dispatched. I have waited in on two separate Friday's for this to be collected for return, each confirmed, but failure to attend. Hate complaining, but your logistics are terrible.

I organised this parcel to be collected from an "outside address" and to be delivered to my home address. I paid an extra cost to have it collected between 08;00 & 13;00, and was very unhappy to find out it wasn't collected until nearly 17:00, which meant the people it was being collected from had to stay home and cancel their afternoon appointments and they weren't very happy with me. Will I get refunded or even an apology?

I did email with alternative address information. Arrived home to find the box in the wood store front edge wet from the rain in full view of the road. Nobody signed for it. Perhaps not a very helpful dekivery, thankfully it was still there. Michaela

The delivery guy knocked on the door but my partner was in the shower so the parcel was left at a neighbours. My partner came to the door and spoke to the delivery guy and asked him to collect it back from the neighbour which he did but when passing the parcel to my partner he practically threw it at him

Was in the bathroom, heard a knock on the door, then heard my wheelie bin being moved.. Came downstairs opened the door and there was my parcel just left behind the bin, there was no note put through the letter box to say that the parcel had been left where i found it.

I was in but upstairs so didn't hear the doorbell if he rang it by the time I got downstairs he had gone leaving the parcel on my front door step without my signature as requested on the parcel

The delivery that I paid for was next day delivery.My order was placed on wednesday and was given to you on thursday,so I should have received it on friday of last week.When it did not arrive I stayed home all day on saturday thinking it would be delivered then,but again I was disappointed not to receive it.It was finally delivered on monday{9/3/15} when I was not home.I am not happy with how long it took you to deliver my parcel because it was food items that only stay fresh for a week.

Delivery failed on Thursday and Friday. Contact made to ebay to confirm address Thursday night. Yes I replied. Friday i spent ages on the phone waiting for an answer. I gave them a phone number to call for later that day. No delivery. No call. The seller asked if the delivery driver called the number. .don't know. Delivered Mon afternoon. Not bad for a next day delivery! !

Collection driver didn't collect parcel - despite stating when ordered 'behind gate'. Ended up driving to industrial estate 30 miles away to drop it off. Delivery was quick from there though.

My delivery was supposed to happen on a Wednesday. After being delayed for 3 days, it finally got delivered the following Monday. The help desk couldn't help me more than "well, hopefully they'll deliver it tomorrow." The online app was next to useless.

the driver repeatedly rang the bell and when my wife answered the door the parcel which was resting on the doorstep, was pushed Into her hands and the driver just walked away leaving my 60 year old wife to hump a 40 plus parcel up the step and into the house.

Twice within two weeks we booked a delivery for ladies who were 75plus in age . Twice in two weeks the delivery was delaid and unfortunately no apology was given so we have to give a poor for service
