“Not a good service. Said my parcel was coming tue, then said it was delayed and would come wed (when I checked on parcel tracker) then emailed me tue and said it was delayed but would arrive shortly, never came tue. On wed I checked parcel tracker and it said delivery was attempted tue (it wasn't) parcel didn't come wed. Wed afternoon I left query asking where parcel was. Thurs morn I had email saying it would come thurs. As I was at work I rearranged it on ur site to come fri. Parcel came thurs and was left with neighbour. Happy it finally came just not happy bout having to wait in in days when it didn't come.”

“Two corners and the top had been damaged! Although there were clear Fragile labels on the outside. Not sure what to do now as my picture was a one off! Very disappointed I had thought that using a courier would ensure more careful carriage than the post office could offer but I was clearly wrong. My parcel had been dropped three times in less than 24 hours. Very poor service!”

“I ordered 60kg of dog food which arrived in 2 battered boxes and the driver wasn't very happy about having to shift the boxes (2 x 30kg). If your company agrees to ship goods then you should deliver them in good condition no matter what the weight is and consider if your drivers are able to lift the items. I was led to believe that the Health and Safety weight for lifting is 25kg so there should be provision on your vans for moving heavier items. At the very least provide your drivers with trolleys. On the up side the delivery did arrive when scheduled and luckily the bags inside the boxes weren't damaged.”

“Why did I receive an email asking to enter a free draw on 1st march, when you sent the email on 2nd march ??? Now that's not good customer service. “This delivery should have arrived on 28 February. On that date the address was valid and I had cleared the delivery to my neighbout. It arrived on 02 March and was delivered to my neighbour. I had not cleared that with her although she did accept it on my behalf. I was at home on 02 March so the delivery could have been made directly to me.”

“Sender paid extra for Next Day Delivery, but did not receive it the next day which was a Saturday, but received it on Monday. The parcel arrived in good condition and the courier was polite.”

“A real shame the booking service was great and easy to do and i had high hopes. However the parcel was not collected on the day asked for which is inconvenient as my brother had to wait in another day and this also meant that it was not delivered to me on the following day. So no one was in, the driver did leave in a safe dry place in my garden but not with neighbours as requested.”

“This parcel contained a birthday gift and I had paid an additional fee to be delivered on a specific day. I had notification from UKMail that it would be delivered on the designated day along with a time and therefore made sure someone was home. The parcel did not arrive and when I checked on the track parcel facility it said it had been delivered and that I had signed for it! I rang customer services who said they would email the depot and call me once they had a reply. I never received a call. I emailed the company I had purchased the gift from too. 4 days later I received an email to say my parcel would be delivered that day between 10.29am and 11.29am and so again made sure someone was home. It was delivered at 8.40am. I then received an email saying my query had been closed, without any explanation. Not impressed on this occasion”

“Delivered to wrong address there are two houses named the same in the village but have different postcodes. The home owner bought it down to us and said it was left outside.”

“The box looked like it had been dropped from a hight. The box was of mix food and items like the crisp and chocolate box's were all broken open I am in the process of cleaning back from the sender, how I am sure in turn will be in contact with you.”

“Fortunately, my made-to-measure photo frames were undamaged but that was more by luck than good couriering. My parcel was thrown over my garden gate (5ft tall) and left on the ground all day, in the torrential rain. When we arrived home the box was so sodden it did not need opening but came apart in our hands. Admittedly, I later found an email saying the parcel would be delivered between certain hours that day, but I had already gone to work and did not check my emails again until that evening. A card was posted through my letterbox with lots of alternative ways to arrange my delivery, but the courier had opted for making the decision. Wrongly.I would have chosen one of the printed options like delivering to a neighbour, leaving it in my shed, collecting from the depot or rearranging the delivery.”

“Your first email telling me about the delivery refered to 'my order' - the item being delivered was won in a prise draw and I was unaware that I had won, neither did I know what the iotem was. The email said that I would be emailed the day of the delivery; this email was not received until after the parcel was delivered - which was left in my porch without me being aware (I was at home) nor with a signature of reciept being obtained.”

“My parcel was delivered to the wrong address! Was told it had been left in my porch and my daughter had waited in for it, when l rang you l was told there was nobody in so it was left in the porch, l said not my porch! My daughter went to number 8 in the next road and my parcel was there, there was nobody in so she was able to take it Not to happy about the delivery person , they need to check the addresses”

“Received txt to say item would be delivered next day. Following day txt recieved to say would be delivered between a 1hr window! Waited in all day, nothing. Checked website and it said it went from 'out for delivery to Delayed' No notification to say it was delayed and why. 2 days later, parcel arrived.”
