Parcel was left at front door but not through the letterbox. If it had rained my package could have been damaged.

it is difficult to comment as although you say my parcel was delivered yesterday I have not received any parcel. Please reply to this and let me know when it is likely to come. Anne Ramsay

First time using ipostparcels, first pick up time missed, driver couldn't find house according to notes, second pickup, next day, driver didn't have too on the van! Picked upon the third attempt and then delivered promptly. Not a great first impression but that's life I guess, would use again but if same issues arise......

The delivery was not made yesterday but before the weekend. I phoned last week and asked for it to be delayed until after tuesday this week . It was'nt It was left outside and got wet. Fortunately, the contents were not affected otherwise I would have jumped on you! Stuart Behn

I was sent an email to say I had to be in to sign for the parcel, so I changed my date to a Friday so I could be in. I then received an email on friday morning to say my parcel would be delivered between 12.36 and 1.36. I thought this was great, so popped out to get some jobs done. I also said yes to request a text when I "was next" for delivery. I got back at 11.50 and to my surprise my parcel was in my doorway? I had not received a text. I then received an email to say sorry the driver would be late and my parcel would now be delivered at as soon as possible! then the final email said "Your consignment 31231420015843 has been delivered. It was signed for on 20/02/15 at 13:29 by Harvey" well I wasn't in so didn't sign for anything!!! yes I got my parcel but it was just left on my door step!!!!!

The delivery was not at the time originally stated so of no use in planning my day rendering all the texts useless. The parcel was left at a nearby house of people I do not know, they may have chosen to keep it.

My parcel was delivered to the same street and number as I had listed, but in a different suburb, even though I had written the correct post code. The parcel was an 80th birthday present, and did not arrive on the day because of the wrong delivery. I was disappointed.

A heavy Freezer via Amazon was delivered to my front door. I am a 78 yr.old man just recovering from myloma and not exactly a 'Tarzan'. I asked that the item be taken through the side gate to the back door which opens into the utility room which is its ultimate destination. The courier refused to do this saying that he was allowed only to deliver to the front door. I had to unpack the freezer in the hall and push and pull it through the kitchen and out to the utility room. It took me half an hour all told and exhausted me..

I received a email saying "Your consignment 31090591342383 has been delivered. It was signed for on 20/02/15 at 15:56 by Rigby " I was actually in work at this time and therefore could not have signed for a parcel. When i arrived home there was a card through the door stating your parcel has been put in the blue bin. Had I been on holiday, my neighbour would have put my bin out for the bin man. It is a shame that I had to go and root in my dustbin to get my parcel.

The item was ordered on 13.02.2015, was out of stock and expected delivery was 3.3.15 or 4.3.15. I do not check my emails every day and was unaware delivery was rescheduled for 20.2.15 , even if I had known It would have been impossible to be at home from 8am-6pm at such short notice. Fortunately, a neighbour signed for the item. I appreciate some of the arrangements are due to the company and you only deliver for them.

I ordered a cd which was delivered on time BUT I was at work at 11.54 on a Monday when it was delivered so rather than put it through the letter box it was taken to a post office which is only open on working hours!!

Left cardboard box containing goods valued at approx £400 inside back gate. If it had rained clothing would have been ruined or anyone could have stolen it! If I am not at home take it away or leave at local post office to be collected(or local collection point)

Not the best this time, I'm afraid. Doorbell, then by the time I answered driver was climbing into his van leaving parcel at front door - I had specified back door if no answer.
